  1. I'm hoping for 350 on Monday
  2. Oops my bad I meant 320 lol
  3. After three weeks delay finally getting on the dyno Monday afternoon. Made 318atw before injectors and kinetix really interested to see what I can get now I can up the boost to 9 without maxing the injectors. Amped
  4. Don't worry my boys love the 35 my eldest always tells me to go faster so he can hear the turbo spooling lol. He's 4. So proud :-D
  5. +1 for hks turbo kit My car drives like a normal v35 until 3k rpm then hold on In saying that I would recommend supercharger as turbo is a pain in the ass start to finish as I'm sure Scotty would agree. Kinetix velocity manifold transgo and decent hi flow cats with uprev is the way to go if you're sticking NA and I found the K&N panel filter gained 5kw before I went FI
  6. And it may not be a race car buts definitely not stock
  7. I got the 32gtr front rotors and calipers for free that's all
  8. Ok cheers dude. Thought it was reasonably straightforward
  9. Hi all. I've got front brake rotors and calipers from a 32R has anyone done this or can give me some info on what mods I have to do so they fit? Cheers
  10. Install easy sounds meaner just waiting on final dyno tweak then I'll post up dyno sheet. Btw stop trolling me Colin lol
  11. Would never recommend servicing by ultra tune or "average" mechanic lol
  12. So I've nearly finished the build last thing is this kinetix plenum going on tomorrow. Any idea what gains( if any) I might get? Bear in mind it's making just shy of 350atw on8psi with the stock upper plenum Cheers
  13. its a skyline ffs go turbo you wont be disappointed use waste to make power so to speak
  14. my auto v35 with hks turbo kit made more hp at lower boost than the vortech s/c kit did on an auto 350z. like 25kw more at 1.5psi less use uprev osiris to retune stock ecu as it will save $$$ or go haltech or MEGASQUIRT ECU if you want a/m. pm if you want any more info. i prefer turbo but maybe thats coz i got one
  15. only 1 code comes up i think it was P350 cant find much about it
  16. hi all car is runnin sweet apart from a couple of little issues 1 : cel, slip, and vdc lights wont turn off i think its because the megasquirt runs the injectors now so gonna wire in some resistors to factory ecu to trick it. tried manual reset but that works until i turn car off again then lights come back once i restart. annoying! 2 : installed an Apexi turbo timer cos its a lazy mans tool so it suits me fine, but,it only seems to work if i drive a short distance. any more than 5kms it wont turn on. is there i setting i can adjust or just swap it for another? also annoying! 1000cc injectors for xmas then a run a 8psi cheers
  17. hi all im getting a set of bigger injectors and was wondering whats the best value for money i found rc performance on the net and they are cheap and have a 1yr warranty everyone ive asked say it stands for "remote controlled" performance and laugh ive heard of injector dynamics which a tuner over east swears by saying they ran 1000cc in a 1.6L with no loss of idle quality i was thinking 650-725ccs. any suggestions. cheers oh im running 6.5psi but might up it to 8 when new ones are fitted
  18. better copies of power run
  19. me too guys im in perth as well and have upgraded valve body already fitted
  20. nah the kit was made for stock vqs and im only running low boost so all good
  21. guess my 5500 total is pretty cheap then hey! good to have a friend with his own shop and dyno.
  22. a magna driver let me go before him at a servo cos only one pump had 98ron so i guess there is one out there with good taste. he must like the v from the rear or was it me? nah def the car lol
  23. yeah mate start to finish cost me 5500
  24. they use the uprev osiris which i hear is pretty good on the v series and cheaper than buying an ecu wish i knew that before i fitted the turbs to mine take a while to respond to emails but reasonably helpful
