  1. As the title says. Ive got a gtx3071 I want to put a .82 exhaust housing on it preferred external gate. Im on the sunshine coast qld call or msg 0403402904 loren. Or you can msg me on here Cheers
  2. I have a dump pipe I just need to modify it a bit to fit my car. But I am happy to spend the money on the manifold and exhaust housing if I can do it once and do it right. Can anyone tell what exhaust housing I should go for then if I want to get somewhere around 300kw maybe more if I run e85. other mods I plan on doing is injectors, fpr, fuel pump and maybe cams.
  3. I have a turbo off my other car. Cheap second hand manifold I can get for $150. And I have all the necessary bits and pieces to put it all together myself i cant see it costing to much. If I like the set up then I want to do it right. Eg good manifold and maybe go up a size in exhaust housing for more power
  4. Thanks guys I will throw it on and if it works but i want more power than I will up the exhaust housing and see how that goes. At the moment it is an internally gated housing but if I go bigger I will get an external gate housing Cheers, lozz
  5. Im keen to do the odd track day aswell but it will be mainly street. What sort of power would be achievable with that size exhaust housing and a fuel system to support e85? Cheers, lozz
  6. Hey, Im sure this has been covered before but I cant find any info can some one point me in the right direction please. Atm I have a pretty much stock r32 gtr with a link v4 ecu and a dump pipe back exhaust. I have a gtx3071 off my other car that has a .63 exhaust housing on it and im thinking about throwing it on a cheap manifold and maxing out the injectors and seeing how it goes. If it works ok then I will go bigger injectors, fuel pump, pressure reg, e85, 6boost manifold maybe a bigger exhaust housing .82 or 1.06? etc.. The question I want to know is am I wasting my time putting this turbo? Should I just save my pennys and go for something else? Any recommendations? Any real info would be much appreciated, cheers, lozz
  7. As the title says im chasing turbos either n1 turbos off 33 or 34 or garret -5's or -7's or maybe hks 2530's or gt ss. And a steering column for a r32 gtr. Im located on the sunshine coast qld but will be interested in paying postage for items. Cheers, lozz

  10. Hey did you end up buying the difuser from EPR? Im thinking about buying some stuff from them aswell but it seems too cheap and they dont do paypal. If you had a good experience with them then i will give them a go. Cheers, lozz

  12. Im confused the legs on the calipers are longer on the gtr ir the legs on the hub? If it the calipers then i can swap them ouf for gtst one i can got for next to nothing. Are you saying its not a cheap upgrade worth doing because they creak and groan or do they flex to much and ruin the brake pedal feel? Cheers, lozz
  13. Thanks guys. I read some where that gtst calipers and 33 gtr rotors fit with an adapter brack for the r32 gtst calipers made by gk tech. Are these rotors the same as the 33 gtr rotors? I can get a set of gtst calipers cheap and then ive got a cheap brake upgrade Cheers, lozz
  14. Just orderd a set of front rotors for my gtr and they are way to big. The place i orderd them from are tllelling me that 94 model gtr came out with brembos not standard nissan calipers. My rotors measured up at 296mm. Can anyone help me out with this? Should my car have brembo calipers or did they order the wrong rotors? Thanks, lozz

  17. i have done a bit of searching and havent had much luck but does anyone know where i can buy one? if you can see it there in the bumper it stops the air from being able to go around the intercooler. any info would be great!! cheers, lozz

  22. to fit the upgraded gear do you have to pull the engine out or can you access the gears from the front of the engine in the car?
  23. by upgrading the gears in the pump would it then good enough to do the occassion drift practice? to change the pump gears is that an engine out job? what gears fit in the stabdard pump? cheers, lozz
  24. thanks for the reply. i will fit a new standard water pump. i have now spent a fair while reading about oil pumps and i read some where that after 91 they improved the crankshaft where the oil pump sits meaning that i shouldn't have a issue with stripping the gear off the crank? also read that some people just over fill the sump by about 1L to over come the engine running dry on track days. is that info correct? i have spent hours reading about different pumps and what not. i hope i have got the right info. thanks, lozz
  25. hi all, new to this forum. i have just bought my first skyline a r32 gtr with 110k on the clock pretty much standard as far as i can tell other than a hks dump pipes back exhaust, pod filters, coil overs and r33 gtr wheels and i want to keep it as standard as possible. i noticed that the timing belt has not been changed so i'm going to change it asap and was thinking about upgrading the water pump while i'm at it. my question is can i just order an after market water pump to suit a r34 gtr n1 and fit that? also i plan to do a few track days and was also thinking about upgrading the oil pump as i have heard they are prone to failures on the rb26. is it more on high performance/high rpm rb26's that have oil pump failures? how hard is it to change the oil pump? does the engine have to be removed from the car or can it be done from the front of the engine while i'm doing the timing belt? is there anything else i should consider doing before doing any track days? i don't know much about skylines but i am a diesel fitter so doing the work to the car shouldn't be a problem. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks, lozz
