  4. nah Kylie hes doesnt care if they stop it haha he was just saying the local car manufactures feel its unfair.... yes more than aware that its the glass.. been around for years and years! he said it was the window tiniting association that sent him the details about what was goin on, but like i said he couldnt care less... theres enough work out there to start having to worrie about the occasional stagea or evo or v35 that comes in that he might loose a few bucks cos he only has to do 2 windows....
  5. funny this thread popped up, my uncle is a window tinter here in perth and I was having a chat to him about this on the weekend. he was saying that people (local car manufactures) are kicking up a stink because certain cars coming in from jap are being complied with darker than legal rear windows. they want that to stop (i dont know if or when this will be happening) he has done a few cars now and has had no dramas matching the windows so if your in perth and want tint shoot me a pm and i'll leave u his contact details his name is Peter Garden im sure a few wa members might know his name (been doing it for 30 odd years...) cheers Adam
  6. my car came from jap with one of theses turbos fitted to the RB30 twincam that was in it. theres turbos are an awesome little unit, i beleive there rated in between the HKS 2535 and 2540 range for power/flow rating on the rb30 it was instantly on boost (obviously the extra capacity is a huge shove for it) and it now resides on a mates r31 with rb25 fitted and have been told its extremly nice to drive with it id imagine it to be the perfect turbo to suit a rb25, maybe a little to big for an rb20 but would still be streetable cheers Adam
  7. haha yes, they unbolt so its a simple swap over. you dont need the support to fit the bumper tho... only major "mod" is that you have to slightly bend the sides of the bumper towards the gaurds

    Alarm

i worked for alberts for a few years and i can say the autowatch is by far the best one. laserline was bassicly "let go" as we were removing atleast one a week for repair! majour problem with the laserline is that the "module" is also the siren. the whole harness is run into the engine bay. which then results in the unit failing from heat stress. the autowatch has seperate module from the siren so you can keep it all within the cabin. cheers Adam
  22. i have a front for sale but no dump pm me a offer?? cheers Adam
