dude dont attempt boost adjustments without using a dyno! the popping you hear is your car slowly dieing lol, it's detonating (also known as pinging) you need to re gap your spark plugs to .8 i think on rb25? adjusting your boost on the dyno will also reveal what your air fule ratios are like! i recomend you set it back to stock boost book your car in to a reputable workshop for a dyno run and boost adjustment. it may cost around 100 but it will save you thousands if your motor goes BANG! trust me i found out the hard way cheers Adam

coupe exhaust are exactly the same as a coupe remember the only thing that makes the skyline a sedan is the fact it has smaller front doors to make the backs fit... so the chasisi is the same everything from a coupe will fit to an 4 door (except bodykits obviosly)

checker the power steering fluid lately? or brake fluid? my r32 does some weird shit like that too but this is doing it because of the hicas maybe your hicas coputer is unpluged or you have a hicas lock bar on the back steering rack? cheers Adam

two standerd plumb backs behind the front bar. Plumback meaning the air realeased from them returns back into the inlets of the tubos, with a set of pod filters on your turbs you will get a very nice sounding flutter. I think they only need to be replaced if you are running very high boost pressure because they can leak?? leave them stock not worth the hassle like Paul said cheers Adam

i reckon it kinda looks like 'the fast and the furious' green mitsubishi eclipse??? from the front.. its a pretty damn nice lookin car none the less cheers Adam

Damn dude very lucky! i would have to recomend the auto watch blue line series. it has a shock sensor and ultrasonics included, two kill points ( you can kill ignition and starter or fuel pump ). if you do happen to leave your door open slightly and you arm the alarm it will beep in a way to let you know that it has detected the door open, or your boot or your bonnet. I have hooked mine up in conjunction with a window closure module so when you arm the alarm you can send the windows up if you leave them down. With the r32's you will need to have a central locking motor installed into the drivers door so it can trigger the passengers door to lock. I recomend if you dont have a turbo timer installed get one fitted while you get the alarm fitted, that way you can alarm your car and still leave it timing down. I recomend Alberts car stereo in morley. speak to Grant or Dan, they will look after you also anouther bit of advice, ask your insurance company if you will receive a reduction in your premium with the instalation of an alarm. also sorry for the long post:bonk: haha cheers Adam

all you have to do to take it off without making a mess is just dampen it with a wet cloth for a couple minutes.it loosenes the glue on the sticker, just chuck it up in the corner like normaly seen. no big deal. good luck taking her over and i think welshpool would be the best one to take it to because they are the technichal centre. basicly if you took it to midland or kelmscott and had a dispute over a problem with your car (such as rim size or certain modifications) welshpool are the one's that have a knowledge of the ADR's and such. cheers Adam

dude i think that has to be one of the stupidest things to say. just because the car isnt in your name dosent mean you can go around racing on the streets or doing lil chirps when changing gears or spinning the tyres on taking of from lights and so on. seriously do you think theyre goin to let you off because its in your dads name? hell no! they'll probly be even more harsh on you. Defect your car, take your licence of you and then take the car off you. good luck if you ever get done cheers Adam

that cat back pipe shown up on this page is actually a really great product! my freind has recently put one on his r32 gtst. it sounds awesome! and almost sits as high as the factory pipe work (only larger diamiter). for 450 it really is a bargain. and Dylan is a top bloke you wont be getting ripped of when purchasing his products cheers Adam

personaly as a (junior) member I feel a bit dissed now because of this thread.Im 18, I own a import skyline, and now feel that I am classed as a wannabe. I'm a paid member of sauwa and now feel that maybe Im out of place because of my age. I might even say I fell like im regreting it because by the looks of what some members (senior) have said in this thread is that we (juniors) are just a waste of space on the forum. Some people say that the younger members come and post random bull s**t which i agree with. But in saying that i never post, for the simple reason i dont want to seem like a d**k. I agree with what some members have said on this thread but some outhers just made themselfs look even more of a tool than the younger members. Anyways im interested to see the direction this thread takes so I'm hoping it doesnt get deleted. end of rant Cheers Adam Also in rereading the thread alot of people are saying they like the old days of sdu or even sau back in the day, what happens to sau when all the senior members move on from their skylines? what will sau become if everyone owns commodores or rexs or so on?? I think people will understand that the club will not survive if there is no new generation to the club.

hi people im lookin for the complete belt and retractor bit..... mine isnt retracting anymore and as far as i can tell i cant use a coupe seat belt as it has the extra part at the top that brings the belt further foward to go over your shoulder... if anyone has one please let me know cheers Adam 0411 811 231
