  5. a turbo being laggy has nothing to do with price. ive used all sorts in my workshop. garret holset high flows and ive used ebay non branded turbos aswell. to say they are laggy is a common missconception. pick the right turbo for the right engine and the do baxk ro back power runs on the dyno with full boost uaually no later than 2500-2900rpm and boost curve within 0.6psi after 15 back to back runs. ive had a ebay turbo on my 25 @ 20psi for 3.5 years till i aold thw engine and its still going now as good as it was.
  6. i think 250kw@the wheels will prob not go for too long with cast pistons and standard rods, but you can get a reliable 200-220kw out of it, i have a vipec ecu for sale 1000 bucks they are fantastic. and a t3/t4 600 dollar ebay turbo which ive personally used on my own cars and customers cars and on my 25 and 16psi made 234rwkw. so you dont have to spend lots of cash to get the result you need, regards drews performance 0422973210
  7. kkr430 more than enough on a relatively stock bottom end. 164 volvo injectors bolt straight in and flow 600cc.
  8. honestly 80dollar mechanical gauge and a 40dollar bleed off valve to control boost under 15psi is the most reliable without a doubt.

  10. as long as its recomended for LSD use its fine, it also can be your clutch pack binding which isnt a bad thing other than the noise. almost makes a locker out of an lsd. my diff the lsd is so packed up it skips the inside wheel on turns just like a locker, its good to know that your diff isnt suddenly going to crack open wheel out of a corner.

  13. bleed all brakes on all cars from longest brake line to shortest, have you tried bleeding the brakes with the engine running so the abs is active and solinoids are open?

  17. truck coolers actually flow too much, being the fact that the air travels too fast throught the core to cool it effectively, ebay coolers are fantastic for the price have use them on customers and my own cars from 300-800hp with back to back dyno full power tuining runs with consistant IAT's, regards Drews Performance
  18. Sounds like plug gap. Gap the plugs down to about 0.8mm and the misfire should dissapear. Iridium plugs are not the best for forced induction. They have a really small contact point and a large plug gap the spark phsyically blows away from the electrode under revs and boost. So gap them down or go back to 0.9 on a standard ngk. Ive used standard ngk in cars making over 800hp. Regards Drews performance

  20. ive used many diffs, the best one for a skyline was z32 300zx lsd 4:11 from factory and i used that in my r30 vg30det 450rwkw for 3 years, and i drove that thing like i hated it everyday lol. i honestly cant fault them, also r32 and 33 gtr are a reall tough unit out of the box.
  21. ok guys, adjustable coilovers are perfectly legal. provided the are set at the correct ride height and locked off and marked with a paint pen, ride height is 100mm min clearance to the lowest part of the car NOT the chassis if the exhaust is lower than chassis then the measurement is taken from the lowest part of the car.
