I'm not sure if ul need further mods (im sure someone can correct me) but I bought a powerfc and 044 and was running 14 psi in my 270s on a 33 turbo @14 psi, the injectors had no probs and I was putting out 260whp but only lasted 5 months til turbo went grenade style and bits of the wheel got caught in my intercooler pipes..as stated here a million times and I can vouch aswell running 14psi in a 33 turbo isn't that safe and I'd say stick to around 12psi and ul be safe..

Your setup specs would help mate but I have personally seen a rb20 with a r33 turbo fmic,pod, zorst, bleeder, gtr inj & res pak and nistune go from 250whp to 287 with tomei pon cams alone then jump to 304 with cam gears and a good tune..
Tomei poncams Duration 256 in/ex 8.5 will be best bet for rb20 as anything bigger (my opinion) is to much for the rb20..
But as GH05T said it all depends on your end power goals etc etc..
I've heard some talk and good things about these cams but haven't seen anything on paper to back em up..that said the price would put me off as you can get tomei cams imported atm from America at least $250 cheaper and proven results you don't need to worry about.
I'd try looking on the forums mate or a jap wrecker you may be lucky and find there but I'm guessing if you go thru Nissan ud pay a small fortune if they can even get them.that said I have a vgc set fs if your interested,made 260 whp with 33 turbo :-)
I had the same dramas before.What about in the morning when it's warming up is there any smoke after idling for a few minutes?. Mine had the same issues and we went thru everything to find the source but didn't find anything so thought it was turbo so it came off and a replacement went on only the next morning to start puffing smoke warming up and on some decels and stoping at lights etc etc. turned out to be the vss so ended up replacing with newer lower ks silver top. May be the turbo but won't put my house on it.
I dont have the specs on me but I Had my 33 turbo hi flowed a few years ago for my 32 and wasn't that much different then my new current td06 setup,all round- boost vs hp vs rpm range etc isn't worth it but seen as you have it already I'd try some cam gears as It picked up around 5-600rpm earlier with em..
I hi flowed my 33 turbo a few years back and bolted it back up ran around 9-10 psi and car did not like it at all so I had to upgrade ecu,luckily enough the American dollar was crazy good at the time and I ended up getting a pfc delivered to my door for just under $1100.
I had a td05 with gate welded on rear and never had any troubles,that said I'm now running a td06 on a modded stock mani with gate and no dramas there either..choice is yours and yes I've heard good and bad stories aswell but that didn't stop me doing it Just make sure it's a good job and don't skimp.If you have the cash a 6boost mani will yield more power top end tho.
I have a gts4 and nearly have the funds to do my 26 swap,for you tho it would be easier and cheaper to go the 25 in a gtst but if your hearts set on a 26 and you have the money and time for the hassles that go with the swap go for it mate..
Hmmm makes me wanna get down to Perth ASAP and take this to the plex,my car can run 12s flat all day and I have the slips from the plex to back that up as well, i may run a few more psi and see how I go then..also forgot to mention I'm driving a gts4 so grip is no problem and il start working on my launches :-)
