  1. i paid less than $12K complied for my R33 Series 1 Sedan 18mths ago. last time i checked, a 5spd R34 sedan was approx $20K starting price inc. ORCs?! 4drs is so much more user friendly. i dont think i would ever go back to a 2 seater, especially with a daily driven car. there is alot more room, they are generally cheaper than 2drs, easier to find unmolestered (stock), modifying is no different, fitting a fuel pump is gay, they dont look as overweight as the 2dr, they are far more unsuspecting and they are still a Skyline. 4drs for the win, do it! Actually dont, they are becoming too popular.....
  2. Jason still has his mobile and Street Force advert in the Perth Street Cars magazine. That wont last much longer.
  3. I have a stock cooler here, $50.
  4. yep 1992 was the final year of the GTR.
  5. reeces run was at Jamboree wasnt it? Anyway, Theos time is the quickest standard capacity RB26 time, So Reeces, being a 3ltr doesnt affect the above mentioned record.
  6. Theos time is for the quickest RB26 (stock capacity) reeces is 3.0l isnt it?
  7. i found some good deals at a few UpGarage workshops. little things like turbo timers/blow off valves/boost controllers/wastegates, things that could fit and hide easy in my luggage
  8. $190 locally is a good price. Id be calling Cypher and getting one for that price.
  9. PM sent. Can you post the part number of the coilovers? If they are R33 and not s13 as it seems pictured, I am very keen.
  10. it will take a week to confirm a purchase and transfer the money, especially with a weekend in between. you are gonna have to get something local champ. perhaps loan a good working bleed valve from someone until your nengun purchase comes in?!
  11. delivery from nengun in a week? Dont like your chances, but you never know!
  12. nice ride, i have a series 1 4dr, and pulled out the stock seats as quick as i could, they are terrible! nothing a good pair of recaros couldnt fix though Series 2 tail lights for the win, whats it like on the track?
  13. generic cooler kits, turbo kits, injectors, universal fuel pumps, coilovers, ecu upgrades, wheels, gauges, exhaust systems..... i cant really see it a problem getting any of these to suit a R34 GT-t. If you buy Japanese, or name brand, you shouldnt have any issues with finding stuff. Greddy (Trust)/Blitz cooler kits bolt on Garrett turbo upgrades to suit stock manifold or a Greddy/Trust kit. Injectors (Nismo/Sard etc) Bosch/Walbro/Nismo fuel pumps Tein/HKS/G4 coilovers Power FC/Haltech/Microtech/Wolf/Autronic ecu ugrades Wheels, anything Jap like Volk/Rays or a GTR wheel Gauges, (Blitz/HKS/Defi/Greddy/Autometer) Exhaust, maybe X-Force does a bolt on kit, otherwise something Japanese. Would be as easy to mod a R34 as it would any Skyline Id say, especially if your willing to buy brand new. Obviously the second hand market wont be any where near as strong as the R32/R33 market as the R34 hasnt been around as long.
  14. Mines R34 GTR Nomukens Blitz sponsored drift R34 GT-t Sedan Nismo Z-Tune R34 GTR R33 400R GTR Porsche GT3 RS 997 Turbo Autech R33 GTR Sedan Ferrari F40 Just a few I wouldnt mind owning...
  15. almost identical policy to shannons it seems. i guess they are following the lead of a proven winner Remember, you get what you pay for.
  16. [T4 GTR] the UK demo R34 GTR, surely someone knows it
  17. Denver, on the SAUWA forums, has built a drift spec 4dr R33 with RB26DET. Go a Ceffy with RB25DET, you can import a 1988 Ceffy with ease.
  18. is that yours in the avatar? looks tidy. GT-R kitted GTS-t is OK, but I think fitting GTR badges is going a little too far. Fitting a RB26DETT to your GTS-t on the other hand, Respect! That is the only way you will ever make it sound like a GTR, but after spending all that money, you could probably own the legend for a similar amount. P.S, I look down on tacky GTR replicas with badly fitted and mismatched copy GTR kits that are usually found on a NA Skyline. If its done properly and looks neat, I dont mind it.
  19. what are those pillow tops to suit? RB or SR susp?
  20. How about a Supercheap Nismo Toolkit, I wander what would be in there.....
  21. Call them and see if they will offer it for a late model WRX/Skyline, if they will, thats pretty good
  22. i have a monsta performance turbo manifold, and for the price, im not complaining
  23. Who can get these relatively quickly? I am in Perth and need one ASAP. thanks.
  24. i have owned both and the Soarer "feels" alot bigger than my R33 Sedan. The Skyline handles much and I found little things like interior bits and pieces to be much morereliable and less prone to breaking in the Skyline. The availability of the 5spd manual in the R33 is plentiful against the Soarer. As for power, the Soarer when tweaked provides excellent straight line acceleration and performance with a super reliable 1JZGTE engine. The RB25DET in the R33 wont stand as much punishment as the Soarer engine in stock form. I prefer the Skyline due to the handling/modding options/sleek looks/4dr option over the Soarer. The extra weight on the Soarer is quite noticeable.
  25. PSi Performance = Turbocharger Graveyard. Sucked in Brett....
