Our market is very different to whats happening over east.... Head 30mins N/NE of Perth or 45mins S of Perth and you will the amount of vacant land available and ready to be sub-divided, not to mention the amount of bushland that could be cleared for construction. You would need to travel several hours out of Sydney, for example, to find areas of similar size that is available. Our building boom will surely continue as this area becomes available, and with the major rush at the moment, banks would be crazy to pump the interest rates coz it would inevitably drop the market on its ass.... Having both immediate family and lots of friends in the housing and real estate industry as well as speaking to numerous builders of the last 6mths, I am quite confident of building at the moment

I find it hard to understand how a $50K 10yr grey import can be considered 'mud'...... Nissan didnt make 4dr GTRs, but they gladly gave them to a very reputable tuner to 'create' a GTR from them and sell them directly through the Nissan yards. Anyway, I believe the bottom line here is that 2dr Skylines are homosexual, right?

only time it has rubbed is when the car is on an angle and im turning sharply.... otherwise, its perfect also, removed guard lining to make some extra room too. was hoping to go lower, but my front tyres were running on the wiring loom that ran through the front guard lining so i cant.

They were established in 1986 under the name Autech Japan as a 'pro tuner' of Nissan factory cars but they sold the cars direct from the Nissan dealership. Crap compared to the R33 GTR? Interesting as they still attract $50K+ for them..... which is getting up close to double that of a R33 GTR and well and truly double the vlaue of a R32 GTR..... Autech did all the tuning for the GT500 Nismo race car engines...... P.S, id take a Prince GT Skyline over a SH*TTER R32 any day

punched out the cat? i had a strong smell of fuel after doing that also.

my whale with 20 x 8.5" wheels and 225/30 tyres. doesnt rub at all. lowered with Kei Office coilovers. as you can see, i would presume fitting 17s and slamming on its guts wouldnt be of any issue as long as the rim offset is ok.

i also have a 2dr cat back on my 4dr and its doesnt stick out as much at the rear which i think looks better. if u want to push it out, you could always fit a spacer after the cat. Welcome to the 4dr club

not always the case. if u were not at fault, and can identify who is then you shouldnt have to pay an excess or lose a rating. the insurance company will charge the guilty party, instead of hiking your premium on the next renewal..... thats how it is where i work anyway, dunno about others....

its not law to get 3 qtes. if he claims through his insurance company then if its their policy to get 3 qtes first, then he must. i work at shannons and we have a choice or repairer, only 1 qte from that repairer is required. He shouldnt lose his no claim bonus because you are the one at fault, and his insurance company should claim the moneys lost back off you hense it SHOULDNT cost him anything.

hmmmm with an excess like that, you must be insured with Just Cars?! If you make a claim, you will loose your No Claims Bonus as well as having to pay that huge excess so I wouldnt worry about that. Cash settle it, but get a quote from an independant repairer also. Perhaps take some detailed photos of the damaged area and give them to the repairer if the owner doesnt want to drive his car around to show them.

as a matter of fact there was the factory built Autech R33 GTR 4WD sedan powered by a RB26DETT, ATTESSA and all the usual GTR stuff. These are a rare breed, unlike the common 2dr variant....

having your dad as the main driver is great to get a cheap premium, but if the insurance company investigates and finds you are the main driver, they can decline the claim making paying all those premiums a complete waste of money....

unfortunately u dont have a saving grace for your shtr 2dr coupe, perhaps a bucket of paint stripper may save it from 2dr embarrassment
