my cousin has his 32 GTR going in to a panel shop on O'Malley St on the 16th July. i dont know the name of it but I can tell you its pretty much opposite a company called Star Plumbing. They have provided a very good cash quote to remove rust from a 32 GTR.

bought a r33 turbo 5spd sedan through Paul in '05, definately one of the best in the business. All the best to the new owner, and if the car bug gets me again, and I want a 33 GTR, I will be back to see Autoworx.

i have one of their manifolds, has been on my car for about 6mths and is fine. needed to very lightly shave the flange face to make it fit, but otherwise, for the sub $200 amount I won it for, its doing the job.

mods and accessories depreciate, so no. stereo gear in particular usually halves in value the moment you walk out the shop with it. realistically, insuring your car for replacement cost in the market place is usually about as good as you would get from most insurance companies id say, in terms of an agreed value. for example, a 400rwhp highly modded R33 GTSt may owe the owner $50K, but in the market place could be replaced with similiar mods and condition for, say $25K, then you would probably insure it for around the $25K mark if your insurer is flexible. may not sound like much, but its a whole lot better than the $13K market value otherwise.

if the car is a write off then the car, its mods and all its accessories go with it. that includes the stereo system. the stereo system value makes up part of the $17K your car was insured for. either there is mis information on their behalf or lack of understanding on your behalf. either way, if u get paid out $17K, you will be able to buy a nicely modded R33 GT25t to replace your crashed one anyway as there are plenty for sale

actually, it would be other persons compulsory 3rd party pesonal injury insurance that you would claim through.

i wouldnt mind seeing some external footage of that crazy angle. however, as per above, im sure he aint the only one who can lock to lock it down a main straight.

personal injury insurance is covered under your compulsory 3rd party personal injury and registration that you pay on your vehicle. You wouldnt claim it through Just Cars. Its a claim you make through the government. im not 100% who you actually speak to, but if you call DPI on MOnday im sure they could tell you as they deal with rego and licensing etc.

if the car is a write off, why should it matter if the stereo is damaged? sounds like a load of bullsh*t to me. your saying they have an extra "stereo" excess?

i had a dodgy AFM with very bad hesitation and high knocks. my AFM was a Z32 with a PFC.

$530 tpf&t is reasonable. also, the non turbo r33 is a GTS not a GTS-t

these are impossible to comply under the SEVS rule im presuming? I would love one but I think they are now impossible to bring in. I have seen pics of a white one in QLD.

oh how it must suck to live on the east coast Perth cops are like your best mate compared to the coppers in the East it seems I have been pulled over several times in my R33, external wastegate/limo tint/20" wheels and get off! I even had a cop tell me my car does not meet emissions requirements as the exhaust has no mufflers or a cat, but he still let me go! Perhaps our officers are smoking all the evidence they find at other crime scenes.....

has rust in rear guards. will be fixed and id say $20Kish... or he wont fix it and sell off cheap, $16-17Kish i guess.... has 18s, pods, PFC, GT2510s, coilovers, r33 gtr seats, blitz ebc etc etc.
