  1. your wheels are +15 while the ones in the pic are +4. This mearns they will sit 11 mm inwards, then your wheels are 12.7mm narrower that the RB's so the outside edge of your wheels will sit in half of that equaling total 17mm further in (sorry my maths were off a little this morning)
  2. The outside of your wheels will sit 12 to 13mm further in than those shown in the pic. Hey HR31_RB20DET Seen your car on R31 forums and think it's one of the nicest I've seen. Are those wheels Rota RB's in 17" ? Where did you buy them as they'd look great on my DR30.
  3. Rang them Bit expensive...any alternative suggestions?
  4. Can someone tell me a good place to get intercooler piping and connectors from in Perth NOR? Need somewhere with universal bends in stock etc so we can buy what we need
  5. Buying a car of that age could be hazardous to your wallet. You might be needing to spend more money on panel (rust) and paint. Why convert the engine anyway? Stick with an L series motor so it stays more of a collectible. As an example I would suggest something like this instead.(but there are other ones) http://www.uniquecarsales.com.au/pls/carsa...mp;photo_flag=1 Depending on condition you couldn't build it for this sort of money and I assume cars like this are negotiable pricewise. Ever heard an L28 with triples on it ?....ahhhh awesome sound (you wouldn't need audio )
  6. Every cent
  7. Looks great Ricky I think it looks great in white but orange would be awesome too. You shown the guys on the CSA forum? They'd love it

  9. Thanks for the comments guys Finally got home from Canada/Alaska after a months holiday. Car was sitting in my garage when I saw it for the first time. OMG I'm in love...this car is just like it rolled off the showroom floor. Next day when I drove her I realised she was not just a pretty face as she drove like new as well. Car came with 3 sets of logbooks as it was serviced by time not kms so the original logbook was fully stamped by 30,000kms. Opening the bonnet was a pleasant surprise too...yes the engine bay is as clean as it looks
  10. Take it easy Marc I'm sure his intention was to save you shipping costs for something of little value
  11. Hi Dennis Well I think it could be a collectible It's a GTS II I said to the owner if he ever sold could he let me know first. So He did 17 years later. i bought it sight unseen from QLD and it is sitting in my garage now (trouble is I'm in Hawaii after a months holiday) I don't get to see it till Thursday but friends and family who have seen it say it is like a new car :-) 1 owner 100,000kms with logbooks UNTOUCHED And as you know there were only 200 numbered ones produced This is # 001 :-) And yeah might keep the DR as there is a Classic Rally coming up in November
  12. I'm considering selling my DR30 as I got offered a collectible R31 and now have no room Spent 10 months working on it after importing from Japan. Just been licensed and is in very good condition Owes me more than the $14k I'm going to ask
  13. No nothing like that mate. For a classic that will appreciate you need something stock that hasn't been mucked around with. This one I just bought is stock as a rock I told the owner if he ever was to sell the car could he let me have first refusal. So 17 years later he rang me It's a one owner car with log books and only 100,000 kms But that something extra for me was the fact that it is numbered 001
  14. That red one looks good There is also one on carsales.com. But none of them have that little something that the one I'm negotiating with atm has.
  15. Speak to Steve at Northside Nissan Spare Parts Very helpful. Can order most parts for you
  16. Seller wants a fair bit more than that. Car is virtually showroom condition
  17. I've always liked those Must sound awesome
  18. I've been offered a R31 GTS II SVD Skyline Manual 1 Owner Original and imaculate with around 100,000kms What's a fair price?

  24. Here is a vid of the Zig Zag http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4SYlHZmOnI About 1.50 on this VID you see a cutting in the hill. It was here that there was gravel on the road from other cars and I got so far sideways @ 160 in 4th I was looking AT that bank through the front window. Just after that is a long long way down to the left. Damm I nearly sh#t my daks...sold the car later and I'm sure there was still a stain in the navigators seat Anyway I'll stop whoring your thread now
