Stop hassling him about the cost guys. If you own a $20k plus car and can't afford $150 don't post. It's not up for negotiation with him. There are fees for track hire and Ambulance etc I imagine which are fixed. That is the sort of tyre I was hoping to get as long as it was DOT approved. I haven't seen my car in person yet but I think they run 225/45-18s front and 245/45-18s rear but it depends on what the tyre placard the compliance shop fits says Cheers

Can anyone recommend a tyre shop to sell me a set of Street legal race tyres? My V35 is being complied in Brisbane now so I thought fitting a set of these tyres would be better than a cheap compliance set that I'll never use. At least I'll then have a set of track tyres for later. I'm in Perth so so local knowledge would be great if someone can help.

I may be interested as my V35 coupe is being complianced in Brisbane.One of the requirements is that they need to remove the as new tyres and replace them for crappy Korean tyres. I'll ask the RAWS if I can buy these rather than new to satisfy the compliance requirements. I don't really need the wheels but would take them at the right price if you don't get any better offers and use the rims as spares. I assume they came off an Aussie delivered Zed? Cheers

For the record the G35 Infiniti is LHD for the US market and as a result unable to be complied I'd imagine

Yes the V35 can be complied but only in Queensland at present. Other dealers will follow very shortly I'm sure Eric if you need to trade in or sell your 34 first then I suggest you wait for a Perth dealer to obtain compliance approval as that would be easier.
