Everyone will encounter this characteristic unfortunately. It's S-AFC or PFC etc to get rid of it and also increase power by leaning out the mixtures at the top end as the std ecu richens the fuel when it detects a boost increase. Cheers

There was something about this car I don't know what it was. Two years ago before the influx of 33's she was out of the ordinary. A month before I sold her I went to the sunday drags to watch a workmate have some runs with his Commodore. He ran a 13.89 beating Buffy's previous best of 13.71. He egged me on so I entered and ran only once in std trim (tyres etc) and peeled off a 13.65. I don't know who was most shocked me or him. It's as if that dam car knew what it had to do. The time surprised me as there are a lot of 33's putting out much more power than her now including my 34. The car only had 221rwhp on PSI's dyno Troy has covered all the mods except that she was running 12psi and was tuned by Lumpy.

She drove herself there and competed. She beat some guy in a WRX with her FWD 1600 Imprezza. That's my girl:)

Hopefully my e-manage will be fitted this week or next. I've got the full options but have had to wait for the software to arrive in aus. Unfortunately you need more than just the software to realise the full potential. There is a special cable to connect to your laptop. It looks like a std type of connection but isn't. Will let you know how it goes. PFC was my first preference but they're not available for autos Cheers Chris

This incident plus what happened to b005t is the reason I'm getting an anti hijacking function added to my alarm. If me the missus or daughter are driving the car and someone takes it off us they'll only get 2 minutes down the road before it shuts down and sits there with the alarm blaring.

Joe If you mean paint in a pressure can so you can do it yourself then Marlows Balcatta can mix it or the Auto paint centre (I think thats what it's called) on Balcatta road. You'll need the code of course. Cheers
