Floor Pans: Passenger Floor Pan is getting heat shielding as well to stop Nav's boots melting to the floor.

UPDATE TO REBUILD: Door Trims:

Car is now at track art getting some door liners, rear shelf and drivers foot rest. Also installing heat shield between exhaust and floor pan to stop nav's boots from melting to the floor!!! And a floor plate on NAV's side to cover transfer case area. Andrew is going I make a custom insert panel to mount the ruzic controller nice and clean. I also bit the bullet and purchased a reconditioned 6 speed h pattern Trust/quaife dog box off one of the forum members from Sydney. I was going to buy a PAR gear set but after reading forum posts on them I decided to pass on them due to major ????? On them. Hopefully the trust box will go nice.

Engine build update: Going with a RPM build. I have purchased a Tomei oil pump to start off with..... Engine is removed.

I was just looking closer at your cage and noticed you did a double cross in the rear tubes. I only did a single tube diagonal in my 32. Now I am jealous of your cage......looks great. I might send mine back for some extras once I have raised some more money......

yes very shattered. will be practicing hard when next out about. its the first real track daying I have done so heal and tow does not come natural.....will keep at it though.

Warm up lap second session around...........guess where the engine started to fail....perhaps I didnt really need to downchange a gear and overrev the engine on warm up....I feel sick watching this replay.......

Ruzic 4wd Controller Added: Removed center console, gear shifter trimming center dash surround. Trimmed up the center dash area with Dremel to fit controller display. I wired in the controller at first with Scotch lock splice connectors as shown in this photo..... This was a mistake as when he unit powered up it gave 4wd/abs warning lights all over the dash... After Getting rid of the splice connectors and hard wiring and solder every connection the problem was solved. All warning lights disappeared and all outputs from the g sensor showing correctly on the ruzic controller. You can see the toggle switch wired in above the cigarette lighter. well the result was great. Instantly noticeable difference in the way the power goes down. At PI before the engine snapped I was having serious fun smashing the power on in all sorts of bad positions on the track. The worst that happened was power slide out of corner. Can't wait to get it back to the track and test it properly.

I was at PI on Thursday 31st with John Bowe. Good mornign until disaster.... full monty this time. the car has been out three times and not finsihed each time all due to engine bits and pieces failing.
