    Paint is rattle can. 2 PAC paint was roughly costed at up to 4k. Prefer to spend that on something else mechanical. I thought the paint came up ok. It won't wear well on the floor but I am not too worried as I think I will put stainless check plate on both floors in the future. It can touched up easily enough from time to time as well.

    I read through the available info on Vicroads website and there aren't vehicle specific caveats for the 25 year rule. My car will have a quite exhaust and no anodised bling....can't go wrong really???haha!

    Do you mean gusset the pipe to the tunnel? I don't see why not ? I suppose that will reinforce the seats even more? Will speak to Andrew Monday about it.
