Hi Mizone I am considering buying a sedan actually in 6 or so months and have also realised by looking around that nearly 98% of v35’s are located in NSW or Qld. If they are in Vic they want much more $$$$$. When I find the right one most likely will be in NSW. I’ll get an RACV test done if everything comes back ok, I’ll fly down test drive and drive the car back.

Short answer, thats your problem taking off the plumb back system to get the flutter. If you don't want your car to stall put the standered BOV back on, or put up with the stalling.

ALSO IMO: I think that BP is SHIT. I'm a serial Mobile 8000 guy I haven't ever had a problem with running there 98. The difference when I change to BP in those desperate times were I really need some fuel, my car runs shit. Once I go back to the 8000 or V-power the difference is VERY noticeable. If VPR was widely available and could afford it, I would always run my car on it.

Up for sale is a custom R33 manifold for $199, postage to any state extra. Pick up OK. I purchased this from an SAU member a while ago but never got around to installing. This manifold will bolt straight up to you current one with a little moding of the intercooler and BOV piping. Looks much better then the standard piping going over the motor but also providing better flow and response. Other manifolds like greedy can cost in excess of $1000. For a pic of how its looks after installation please PM with your email address. ****Please note manifold DOES NOT take standard throttle body can only apply an XF throttle body which costs around $20 from any wrecker, that IS NOT included.

Man nothing pisses me off more then that especially when they are doing 10-20 under the limit in the left lane. Primarily i think its old people, sometimes I wonder if they will introduce a re-test at a certain age to keep you licence??

I Agree, I always try and do everything on my car, no one will take the time and effort you will. But if they took them out common curtesy would be to put them back in. I guess they couldn't be stuffed as this would have taken more time away from tinting another car. Can you take it to a mates house to try assist you with the speakers???

Really worn driveshaft??? Might have to get mine checked out as well. This noise also drives me crazy. I Have a Kazz 1.5 way. My issue came about after I installed the new diff. While it was getting installed the diff guy I went to called me up and advised me that the kazz diff only came with one O ring clip for one side, its were the diff shafts slid into. Was advised by person I bought it off you have to use the other standard one for the other side. But the standard one doesn’t fit . So I just left it as we couldn’t really source one out. So I think there is a little play on one side as it hasn’t been clipped in tight enough. Just my 2c

It might be your bleed valve, does it hold boost all the way until you snap 2nd or does it drop off. After putting my bleed valve on I notice that snapping second I wasn't really getting the chirp that’s with 245 nans as well, as there was a little delay with the boost coming it after changing. Try removing the bleed valve

Na bolts up the same all you will need to do is get it sprayed the same colour as the car.

Na man come out really good and strong, this was before people had the luxury of buying a complete boot already done.

My brother in-law owns a panel shop, you need to remove the standard wing, weld the hols up, then they raise and mold some fibre glass over the remaining boot lid making it even with the rear. The trick it to blend it in making it flush with the tail light making it look like factory. Any panel shop would be able to do this go around and get some prices.

Cheap for all the gear in the car, but wouldn't be caught dead in one. Some poor soil spent hours doing that shit Biggest waist of time and cash !!

Yeah I heard that red line is not good for clutch driven LSD's so I stayed away. I think the general rule of thumb with redline is that is good for old warn parts, for eg. I have red line in my gearbox as it used to crunch 5th, but anything new stay away from it. Just my 2 cents

Hey Guys Has any body changed an ABS Unit in a S2 before is it a pain??? My unit is F#@ked keeps humming and is very HOT also the ABS light is on.. so i just disconnected it.
