Hey guys hope someone can help me. I have just recently been given a Nismo Short shift for my skyline from a friend who owns a recking yard, well he said it was a Nismo one anyway but it is missing the little plastic bit on the end. Have tried using the standard one no good gets stuck also tried using a VL Turbo one no good. Would anybody know were I could buy one from or even has one laying around that would fit sweet. Thanks

I have used the Redline Product (Lightweight shockproof) for both trans and diff. And would recommend it. My gearbox used to crunch 5th over 100 and wasn't smooth in changes, now 5th doesn't crunch no matter what speed and shifting could not be any smoother. I have had the stuff in my car for just under 5000. Still performing like the day I put it in.

Thanks heaps for the offer guys and cheap to, but i ended up finding the problem was, so at this stage wont be needing the stabaliser. If I need one down the track will now who to talk to.

Hey guys This saga has been going on for a lot of skyline owners and now me. I have read many threads about the Problem with idling and have come to the conclusio i wan to get something to correct this. Does anybody know were I could buy one, or if somebody has one for sale???? Thanks

I have only had my skyline for a month and i got done on chaps the other night when me and a mate were going to get a souvlaki mother F$#krs. As soon as they sore my intercooler at the front he asked me to pull over in from of ZOS. Asked me to pop my bonnet that’s it is all over I thought. Now I have: -HKS big ass cooler -HKS POD -Tein suspension and -JASMA exhaust. He rips out the stick with the wheel at the end to see if my car has clearance. Which it didn’t 1st thing he f#@%ed me on. Started pushing my car up and down for the suspension. The shocks are hard racing ones. He tripped how hard they were. 2nd thing F$#ked on. He even went the length as to check the loading rate on my standard tires. The 3rg thing was for the pod which he didn’t mention to me. Oh yes and a nice $165 fine. They didn’t not say one thing about the cooler. That was the most expensive souvlaki I ever had.

Hey Terminal, Just wondering how much did you pay for the second had one? Anyway this is what i did to get the light open. I used a small flathead screwdriver and pushed it in in between the black and red plastic. Then i lightly twisted the screwdriver between the plastics to force it open. It's attached by some sort of glue. Continue doing this right around to remove the cover. It's a little time consuming but it will eventually come off and you will save cash in the process. Most likely the diode has failed and it will need replacing. Make sure you test with a 9v or a 12v power supply before super-glueing the cover back on. Hope the info helps

Hey Rob :wavey: You replaced the burned "resister" with a paper clip? Is that the best thing to do? Whats going to happen when a short or spick goes through the board?, what will blow out then? It was a diod burned out on mine. But getting it off was a nightmare. Better to fix it ur self then spend $100-$200 on a second hand one. And way better then spending $430 on an original one from NISSAN. hahah
