When I say centre console, i mean the part that makes its way between the 2 front seats. The button is in the centre storage compartment. Has anyone seen this before?

Hey guys, I've got an un-own switch in the centre console of my r32 gtr. It's a 2 way switch; seems like high and low n a common in the middle as it has a pic of a small fan on 1 side and a large fan on the other. So if anyone knows what it controls or if they have even seen it in a 32 gtr. Let us know

Yeh nrma will insure imports , vvc insurance. Vintage, veteran and classic insurance it's separate from the retail crap they sell, its direct with the under righter, all though to get vvc you need to have a car 15 yrs or older and you've got to already have nrma full comp insurance on a daily and you are limited to 9000km/ yr. Nrma pay clsims. When I come to claims, between my brother who's a courier and my dad, nrma have never had a issue with claims, but some one like Shannon's aren't so inclined to help out since it was bought out buy the same owners for aami n just cars n the other 5 or 6 companies they own , I had an 2002 VX SS, in 2005 my brother who was a listed full time driver on my insurance and was involved in an incident on the m5 with 2 other cars, it all came down to sun glare as the police report had said. The cost to fix was $17000 and 11 mouths later, a lawyer and the onsbudsman and I finally got a full pay out, as I didn't want a car fixed that had sat around for 11 mouths, mind you I was 20 yrs dealing with this and without a car that whole time. That's just my run with insurance but all I got to say is, you may get a great quote but will it be smooth sailing when it comes to claim time. Ben

This isn't illegal. It's just a huge f**ken sticker. There's 2 HSV's on carsales with a full vinyl wrap. As with the adhesive, it's no different to a vinyl decal sticker people have on there cars, apply a controlled centralized heat source and it will peel off leaving nothing behind. Just like paint everything will fade, comes down to how you care for your car, if you never garage it paint or vinyl will fade

You saying the varex's are illegal vic or nsw? (ive heard whispers around the laws on them) but assuming its the adjustable butterfly valve in this mufflers that are changing the noise level is the main culprit. I find it funny when you can buy any HSV,be it a Clubby or GTS etc they all are optioned with an exhaust that has 2 adjustable mufflers and yet thats doesnt seem to be a problem with the rozors. Theres seem to be a massive difference in how the cops pick and choose what type of cars they target, as we all know. Ive had my r32 gtr for 5wks. Its been all good no trouble from the rozers but they stare at me like they've got a thousand defects to hand out. Now i love my V8s, massive fan, My previous car as a 2002 VX SS it had endless mods, but some of the obviously visual mods, 20"rims , lowered , exhaust (with cam'ed engine) all waiting for defects, yet no problems, been through endless rbts no problems yet all 3 mods were clearly a defect. The attitude of the police towards JDM cars compared to the aussie holden or ford is amazing.
