I wasn't selling it, my brother was when I was away then this all happened... Yeah hopefully someone knows something.

Well I am open to negotiate, I just want a chance to talk to them. This car was my pride and joy and hours upon hours of late nights went into it, and to not have it needless to say I am entirely gutted. I guess when I talk to them I will take it from there. No I don't have a plan B I just at the moment want to find out what happened to it and talk to the people who currently have it about buying it back for an agreed amount. Please guys I would love to have it back for christmas.

And no I am not trying to reposess it, I want to talk to who has it now and arrange to buy it back as I haven't got the money I agreed to sell it for but have received part of it and from what friends of the person who the original deal with me was done have told me it was sold for approx $15,000 to the person who currently has it and that is what roughly has been paid off to me so far. So I want to talk to them to offer them compensation in return of the car... Cheers guys....

Guessing by your question your riding a bike your not ment to.. So you run that risk they run the rego and it shows the registered owner but if you have been pulled up before with that vehicle your name will also come up as a known driver. Black flags are just like records of past major offences you don't get one if you get pulled over for breath test but if I fine is issued it will be logged.

Its not the government that are branding import drivers as hoons its the stupid media trying to got there ratings up by raiding youtube for overseas videos to use in their anti-hooning parts which then makes joe citizen believe that this is happening here and they show skylines etc... at social meets then portray it like they are going out to go racing when they could just as well be there to meet up for movies.... It's all the public perception which is guided by the media which makes police target certain types of cars cause if good ol joe citizen drives past and they have a modified car pulled over it like they are doing more than say if they had an 40yr old driving his new bmw who may have been speeding but the important pulled over creates more visual impact to people driving past further worseing the public opinion..... Just my opinion If there was a law passed where the media must declare their sources and that they had to show the full story and weren't allowed to edit clips.. And have to say when they get videos of the internet from overseas etc.... I think you would see alot less Hooning segements therefore greatly decreasing joe bloggs interest in the matter, therefore the government doesn't have to come up with stupid laws to make it look like they are doing something to stop something that isn't even as prevenlent as it is made out to be....

Yeah he was paying me directly... I know in hindsight would never of done it, but the guy played the hard done by routine and yeah I felt sorry for him.... Never ever again... Anyone seen this car lately guys?? It is now about to go through court to have the car recovered. The reason I am chasing it is cause the guy who brought it off me has stopped making payments but has on sold the car I presume without the buyers knowledge that it wasn't theres to sell... Mate is this car still live near you??

It is with much regret that I have to sell my fish tank, I am selling it due to moving overseas and obviously can't take it over with me. The tank is 4ft x 1.5ft x 1ft glass tank with dual perspex lids it comes with a stand and fabric to cover the stand. It has a large filter system / protein skimmer that comes with it. This filter will turn the tank over every 5 minutes which is ample filtration. The filter and skimmer alone cost me $400. It also has a full 4ft light and heater which are both included. It comes with the fish in the tank also which are a sleeper goby about 15cm long, a snow flake moray eel about 25cm - 30cm long and a Volitan Lion Fish about 15cm long body. Also has a star fish, several algae snails adn a couple of smaller damsel fish. The tank is also full of live rock approx 10kg of it. I will also include everything to look after the tank, test kit, water conditioner, net and food. I can deliver the setup locally on the gold coast and can also organise for the fish to be kept at an aquarium in Burleigh to allow you time to setup the tank how you like it. HKS Mushroom Pod Filter - You all know what these are so don't need to explain much - $50 ono 2 x Single 2.5" into twin 3.5" upswept exhaust tips - few minor scratches all on the under side, had these on for four weeks then had to change due to body kit. They look very tough - $30 Each or the pair for $50 Polished stainless muffler Single 2.5" IN twin 2.5" OUT - came of a mates car has a very nice note to it - $50 R33 skyline DeCat pipe with Sensor fitting - Had this made up for my skyline no longer required, it was made for an R33 but might suit other cars not sure - $50 ono Trust Muffler off my R33 3" in with 4.5" Tip - This is a genuine Trust muffler and has an awsome note to it plus has the larger body (not a cannon) which makes the car fairly quite at low revs but when you get into it sounds awsome - $95 ono Genie Cannon 3" in with 5" tip - This cannon is massive and sounds insane plus looks awsome had it on my R33 and definetly stood out - $95 ono Pair of R33 tail lights - Good condition don't really need to explain much - $40 each or $70 for the pair Set of Series 1 R33 RB25DET Coil packs - Working fine when removed from car, removed due to rebuilding whole motor and putting external coils in. - $30 each or $150 for the whole set RB25DET Tommy Kaira Engine Cover - came from my motor but due to going external coils could no longer use looks awsome and really sets of the engine bay. It's fully cast - $200 ono R33 Series 1 Nismo Wing - painted marron and no damage, It the one thats a bit higher than the standard one and sticks out over the back of the car - $100 Sony Rear Projection TV 68cm not widescreen - $50 Benq 17" LCD monitor - $50 Geforce Graphics car for computers - Great upgrade to a standard system - $30 I'll get more pics if anyone wants something in particular Contact me via PM, need to get some funds for this weekend so if theres somethin you want give me an offer and i'll consider it

some one had to have seen this come on guys any info will help, the guy who bought it off me has defaulted on payments and the car has never been signed over to him but somehow he has sold it. Trying to talk to the person who currently has it, cause in my eyes they have done nothing wrong and want to talk to them about the situation. Cause as I understand it the car was swapped, and the guy I sold the car to is willing to rectify the problem inorder to avoid legal issues. So any help in locating the person who currently had it is greatly appreciated
