  1. Yea man drop me a pm can meet up one of these days. Nice work on getting the 34
  2. +1 for Godzilla they deal with my car as well mark top guy and very knowledgeable
  3. +1 for the above . Gtr's are dope by all means. But if you do put the difference into the gtt. That you would spend on the Gtr even medium build gtr's will have a run for the money head to head
  4. Hmm might have a come a long way since John had a crack at tuning my 34 gtt when he used work at mercury. I don't want to put the Dyno up cause yea don't wanna discredit any current work they have been doing . But just from my experience tuning I would give it a miss there. Like I said though not trying to put anyone down here just giving you feedback that's all
  5. Nice man. Just will mean you will have to drift at speed lol Nice ill be watching this post to see your progress mate
  6. Will prob be determined on the Dyno but usually 20 pound is the bench mark could be slightly above sometimes. I wish you luck bro!!! Do keep us updated on what you achieve. What is your car set up for ?? I.e drift , strip? Seeming that you haven't got a built motor you will prob have to go above 20 pound though. I've seen people pushing 23-25 pound again bear in mind more psi more stress on everything
  7. Yea I know what ya mean man. There is a lot of people that do manage to push 450... But just keep in mind it's a gamble no telling how long it will last. Mine is a full forged engineered motor and I push just over 400kw all day long without breaking a sweat. But yea cause of the work I know it will keep going. In my opinion shoot for 400 then reassess with your tuner
  8. Mate this is all dependant on what you want to spend ideally.. As someone else said injectors and ecu will give you that extra boot. If ya run with an ecu then you have already done the step for the future as well. A lot of knowledgable people here as well. Or if you want come bring it into us at Godzilla I work their in. Me days off from me other job
  9. Second that opinion xxx32!! Mate stock 33 with the norm bits and pieces. Full exhaust, oil cooler and breather etc. Upgrade oil pump and fuel pump. There ya go all day sliding lol
  10. I'd say you would be safe to go for 20 pound and achieve 350 - 400 atw. Somewhere in that region. Much more then that will open ya self up to the rods possibly giving out. Have seen some run more then that but no for too long with stock rods.
  11. Piping came off yesterday. Once I've had breakfast get to those annoying bolts on the turbo flange one or 2 of them have come loose. Explains why car bogs down not enough air on boost being pushed through
  12. Hey DVs what's the best way to clean out intercooler? Honest question think this might have been half my issue with decreasing power I get a bit of blow by though
  13. Yup strongly agree with this I found out real quick what over boosting was when first attempting to use the avcr who ever ends up tuning get them to show you
  14. I'm running type b Tomei poncams in my 34 as well as avcr as well be cool to see anther car set up with the same set up
  15. Sick what type of build ya saving for ?
  16. Mean bro yea I'm new to forums as well as oz looking to meet peeps into their skiddas so I know a few round qld keen to set up some sort of ore Xmas cruise if ya keen
  17. No worries gots keep us posted as well. Interested to see what you end up with but yea we abused the crap out of those card every Tuesday and Thursday night for Skids back home they did the Job alright. Ya don't happen I be in Queensland are ya?
  18. I do agree with figures versus actual performances that's why I am a huge fan of road tuning and Dyno to get real time load and fine tuning on Dyno for fourth
  19. I'll check through receipts and shit when I get home Basicly the car was left in the builders hands and told then not too cut costs anywhere so they went all out at Jhh I'm not one too usually do extensive work myself I just save and pay to get it done
  20. Yea that's why turbo coming off intercooler gate and being reassessed for the figures the guy that is tuning my car is aiming for starts in a few weeks just hoping it won't be too pocket damaging
  21. 100 percent second that Jhh did my build and am over the moon with the results
  22. Mean I'm recently new as well hat area you within qld?
  23. Hahah thanks man but is the truth lmfao even thinking bout it I feel sorry for those cars lol
  24. In terms of the engine mechanically and engineering wise no money at all was spared Jhh was told that if ya have to call me it means it is suppose to be done so The instruction was to jhh to engineer the tuffest 25det they could without stroked kits. Just to be different ad everyone does rb26/30/28 etc. Car itself has tein suspension with set damper rebound and adjustable height. Set up for track. Upgraded dbhh slotted rotors front and back Endless track series 2 pads Full exhaust 3 1/4 inch Obviously general shit like wheels front kit ad side skirts with twin pipe exhaust to keep cops away. Not sure If I can upload with iPhone photos but if you have an iPhone I can send ya pic. Car only now has 21000 genuine kms on it do tried to keep as stock looking as possible to be somewhat of a sleeper and non cop b8 skyline
  25. I'm from nz and me and heaps of the boys ran those turbos and many others in terms of bang for buck they are pretty good give you constant reliable power for what you pay. And we limiter skid the shit out of our cars turbos held up fine. But bear in mind they aren't going to last as long as 1500 dollar hks turbo or anything like that
