Hey everyone.
Hoping to get some help here and hope this is in the right section. Had the misfortune of losing control and crashing into a tree in the rain (yes i know stupid and definitely could of been prevented if i had more experiece). Anyway no other cars/persons were hurt thankfully and the crash was at a relatively low speed.
I mashed the right side front end pretty bad. Bumper cover is done, right headlight and had to replace the bumper bar as well. Also looks like my radiator/intercooler is done (the right side intercooler piping split pretty good). Just so happens my buddy is swapping parts so I have all the parts i need, and the car is in the shop getting sorted. Just worried about unseen engine issues now.
Anyway after the accident I tried starting the car twice and it would turn over but die after like 2 seconds. Was wondering if anyone knows what can cause this? The car should start and stay on even if the intercooler piping is compromised right?
