Also, what's outlined in the pic below I assume is the aux in? Does autobarn or similar sell an adapter to change what used to plug into that to a 3.5mm head phone jack for the aux in on new head deck?

I'm not going double din, staying single din. Isn't the aircon separate to the stereo? I've only got a normal single din with gauges on top then I think aircon on top of that...

Hi guys is there a write up on how to remove the standard head unit in an M35? I've done searches but can't find anything. I've found some V35 write ups/videos but they don't seem right with the M35. They say to remove the silver panel where the clock is in a V and where the time and A/C display is in an M then remove the panel under the steering wheel and undo a couple of screws. Is this right for a Stagea? It doesn't seem right to me but hey I'm probably wrong. Thanks and merry Christmas

Might be better trying to find V35 Skyline seats? There's was a pair in Sydney for $200 on eBay, doesn't really help when ur in NZ though I guess. I would assume more V35s were cloth as oppose to 350Z which were mainly leather.

Are you using the normal one designed for Nissan not the dual port Scotty? I thought everyone was having issues due to it not being adjustable? Or did you get a softer spring or is it a non issue because yours is tuned?

I can pretty much decipher most of it between pictures and a translate app it's just annoying and I like stuff to work properly lol. On a side note it's got the standard CD player under the standard gauges in the centre, it won't tune to above 90, will a new head deck fix this or is the aerial/antenna an issue too?

Hi guys, who in Sydney does the conversion from Jap to English for the screen display in dash? I read a huge thread and it seemed like Jetwreck does it, I've PM'd him but haven't got a reply (maybe he's busy IDK). Is there anyone else that people know of that do these regularly? Thanks in advance.

From what I've read it won't make a difference to downshifts, as that has to do with an ECU/TCU signal or something
