  1. Thanks Gav - yeah it's not too bad - the tuning is the secret. No worries with swapping the drive, hey, if ya need me to look after the R whilst you are away, just drop me a line! :uh-huh:
  2. Went to SST today with my S14. 260hp - stock turbo, 3" zaust, FMIC.
  3. All 12 points on my license! Have not had a fine since 1998!
  4. haha funny stuff. Why would SilviaWA be bagging out Skylines??? Afterall, we have a common goal, to chop all Commo's and Falcons!!! And Silvia/Skyline is made by the worlds best manufacturer!
  5. Gav - yes have it plugged in and running well, just installed a new fuel pump (Bosch 040) so I am taking it back to do a few runs on the dyno to see how it has affected fuelling. Steve - yeah I have the manual, just not sure how to raise/lower boost. I imagine I have to play with the valve duty cycle etc?
  6. Guys, I know a fair few of you have Wolf in your car. I just got mine installed 2 weeks ago and have been enjoying it thus far. I know I could go an annoy Steve, but seeing as I am at work, and all of you are net jukies, I thought I would ask a few questions: 1. Boost control - how do you lower/raise the boost? 2. Closed loop - anyone running it? If so, how is your's setup?
  7. ahhh the joys of wolf - have to enter a pin code to start my car.
  8. Being an IT person I tend to spend a lot of time on the net, but mostly on car sites. Play basketball, but not as much as I used to due to a snapped ACL. Basically just hang out with the gf and mates...the usual stuff.
  9. a SMC is an autronic
  10. IT guy, work for Unisys Chop-giver to Skylines on weekends :-P
  11. So what happened on the dyno this morning????
  12. I think they are selling for around $700. Gives the tuner so much more to play with and makes the power fc a much more "serious" option.
  13. Gav, I have not heard of anyone having one yet, I have however heard, that C-Red will be buying them in for tuning purposes...maybe speak to Greg or Lumpy.
  14. I am coming in there this arvo with my mate Michael who is doing a few quick runs with his Silvia. My car is coming in next weekend (I hope) to have new ECU installed
  15. Tonygtst - gav had a PFC in his s15 and also has one in his r32. He "may" get autronic one day. However, considering the FCdatalogit software/box is available, the use for autronic etc may be diminished
  16. Dude, Drop down to C-Red Tuning and see Greg Dally. He does all the aligning work there and is really particular when it comes to this stuff. They aligned my car today and got some excellent results out of it. All C-Red work on are Skylines, Silvia's etc etc, they know how to get the best out of these cars. The workshop number is 93563000 I think...ask for Greg. Mat
  17. Hey Nizmo - no worries. I saw your old suspension this morning, thank god you got those out of your car, they were pretty stuffed! What did you end up going for?
  18. Zanda - I have Sumitomo's on my s14 rims, 225/50/16. The S14 rim is the same as the r33. One thing I have found is that they are quite grippy, however go off when things get really hot, also their sidewalls are not as stiff as some. As I do a bit of motorkana work I notice this, but if you do all your driving on the street, you will more than likely be happy with them. Jawid as Westate Autobahn (Newcastle St - near tunnel entrance East Perth side) does excellent prices on these - as well as rims.
  19. Dudes Does anyone out there know if the Apexi S-AFC has the ability to let you select what type AFM you use (so you can select using a Z32 AFM on an S13 etc) ??
  20. haha how true.
  21. ahhh well unlucky - no bites this time Well for those who are coming, looking forward to meeting you.
  22. So are any of you girls coming along??? Or are you all too scared of getting the chop by Silvia's??? *the bait is out there - waiting for a bite* hehe:)
  23. So are any of you guys/gals coming along to the cruise?
  24. Ok just got off the phone from Josh - apparently he emailed a text based version of the map through to Joe! He was under the impression that this had all been ok'd...but anyway, he is posting the map tonight when he gets home from work. General notes: Date - Friday 21st March Time - 8pm Location - Carpark at the end of Ellam St in South Perth (near the river, kind of behind South Perth Hungry Jacks etc) The cruise map apparently is quite long and should be wild.
