ive got nothing against 32's, i quite like em actually, but dont they improve things with each model change?? thats what impression i was under anyway, learn from old mistakes, well not necassarily mistakes but just to better things, if they didnt think it was better why would they change it?? i had exactly the same case as u joe, but i lost, the cops said i spun my wheels for 1-2 secs, which never happened, i took them to court even got a lawyer, and still lost, i proved that i never did the burnout, then they said well we dont care, your being done for "undue and excessive noise" that mite not be anything to do with burnout, i had permits for exhaust, even had independent witness's, but still didn't help, the judge believed the cops i wouldn't have been so angry about it if i had ACTUALLY done it, but it just sh1ts me shen cops lie, just to charge someone!! :headshot:

thats a good idea, i wouldn't mind a copy either, i have got one now but it came with the car and isn't a very good fit, i think it would let alot of hot hair in. Cam

i agree with steve on the grill, its not that good looking, has got a bit bit of fibreglass that the "S" badge sits on, just doesn't look right. but as he said all the bumpers and skirts i have seen from there look pretty sweet, and seem to fit real well. Cam.

i can get neons through a mate of mine, but price depends on size. the biggest is the 1.2Metre (48 inch) neon, that what i use, they fit nicely under a 33, could prob get for around $90-100 each maybe less not sure, which is pretty good, seeing as most stereo shops sell em for $120-130, and then the prices go down from there, depending on size. colours i think are, blue, red, green, orange, UV (i think), purple, its possible there could be more colours, ill have to do some checking, Strich9ine: im not sure if white is available in those neons but ill have to check exactly what is. but blue neons on a white 'line look good, the ones i have on mine now were on my last 33 and that was white Cam.

yeah does a bit, im always on the net usually really late/early, so as u said just have to go elsewhere, cause im on dialup too and it just takes too long

hahaha i would have got red too since the car is red, but i had the blue ones off my last 'line and they were still good after it was stolen so i just used them, blue neons on red car, doesnt go that well but does the trick for now.

im supposing that is a good thing???

how come all of use r paying so much for insurance, im 22 and i was paying $1400 for R33 GTST until it got stolen, and now its gone up to $2000, still is alot less than some of the figures i've seen thrown around in the thread, im with RAC in W.A.

what type of race tyres are used and where to get some from, for mainly motorkahna's but drags aswell, i have been told to use Dunlops, but does anyone have any ideas/knowledge of what to use. or if anyone has second hand ones that they wanna get rid of with fairly good tread to fit standard skyline rims (ie:16" rims) Cam

john: the impression i got off the cops was, or what the cop said to me was " he is under witness protection on another case so he cant be touched, so we have no alternative to close the case" ie: case closed no one gets charged, seems ridiculous to me.

Strich9ine: i put mine in myself too, worked fine first go, shift light and all, make sure its all setup correctly in the "etc" menu, cause there are different speed settings for different cars, manual tells u which one skyline is, other than that, nothing really else can go wrong, double-check your wires to the ECU, just to make sure there all soldered good and proper... give us a yell if ya need anymore help

is this the problem thread, if it is i browse the net early morning sometimes, around 1am perth time, and have noticed that after 1am the site goes awfully slow, its not my connection cause all other sites are ok... anyone else get this

saw one of these in an r33 at the western salon car show, looked mint, put me down depending on price when worked out.
