25GTT: my car has some kind of heavy duty clutch, got told it was a nismo one, but dunno what to believe, when i first drove the thing for a test drive i stalled it about 5 times, cause i was only used to standard skyline clutch:lol: :lol: :lol: , but its ok now that im used to it, heaps better than standard, it just takes a while for getting used to, and a few marks left a the lights :burnout: Cam.

is RAC canceling all of the policys for skyline imports when they run out??? i hope not, cause i dont think anyone would want to insure me, after making a $20,000 claim with RAC, arrrrrrr what to do!!!!! :hellpisd: :cuss: :argue:

i dont think the AMG merecedes rims and the other AMG rims are the same, but someone correct me if i am wrong

yeah they are the exact ones i want, like the ones on "JB R33" 18" Chrome Matrix, i rekon they look pretty sweet.

i have nismo adjustable suspension all round in my car and am gonna take it to the drags soon, what would i need to set the rear on for optimum performance?? i am gathering that i would set it on the softest possible, to get the best traction, but im not entirely sure, can someone enlighten me on this???

i was thinking of stun guns too, and i actually did come across one site in america that would ship them to australia, in two pieces so customs wouldn't see them, one bit one week and then the other bit the next week, but that was before all this happened and i lost there address but i think ill start looking again, cause u have to do something these days, the cops say dont take the law into your own hands, but they cant keep getting away with it, cause then they will keep doing it. maybe if some car owners/enthusiasts start kickin some butt, it mite deter a few of them...

it was in the carpark just across from BP, my mate was there but there were 2 of them and my mate bot a broken nose also, ppl came over but it was too late he had already taken off in my car, im ok now apart from the extra money that i had to fork out for insurance and dentist (he knocked my front teeth out), the car was a write off, as the got in a high speed chase, got away from the cops, then crashed it in south perth.... but i have a new one thanks to RAC, i was fully covered so it was no hassles. and they are a** holes ppl that go round doing that, they should work for it as you said, but they'll get theres one day, cause what goes around comes around:D

well they have quoted $3100 for rims and tyres, it is around my price range, but i was just seeing if anywhere else was cheaper, as u see in some magazines ppl advertising 18" rims and tyre packages from $1800?? whats the go there??

i got car-jacked 2 months ago, they took my white 33 and they were of middle eastern origin i think, so just watch yourselves and always make sure your doors are locked and just always be watchin your back for anyone suspicious....

if ya spend a little more money you can get a police scanner and a uhf cb in one unit, either hand-held or fixed in-car. i have got one fixed in my car that does police and cb, and there is never a dull moment. well worth the money....

i wonder if he has a photo standing in front of another white R33, cause mine was stolen only 2 months ago, and thats a good idea about going there and watching him get done, but knowing the courts he'll only get a slap on the wrist, if he gets that a few ppl should be waiting for him outside and teach him a lesson :headshot:

fatz: thanks for the advice, i looked under the bonnet and found the brake fluid holder was EMPTY!!! how could that be, only checked a week ago, found a split hose on passenger side front calliper!! thanks for the help again, much appreciated:D

good stuff. did u use just a single LED or multiple??

i have shift light hooked up to RSM aswell, hooked it up myself, white wire from RSM is used, that wire will provide an earth when a pre-set rpm level is reached, it is best to use a relay and hook up the white wire to one side of the coil on the relay and 12v to the other side of the relay, once that is done you should hear the relay click when the rpm level is reached (providing the RSM is setup correctly). then it is just a matter of using a globe or an LED or a cluster of LED's and hooking it up through the switching contacts on the relay, if you plan on only using a single LED there would be no need for the relay (as the RSM will only allow 200mA of current), just hook the positive 12v supply up to the correct side of the LED and the negative of the LED to the white wire from the RSM and it will work (MAKE SURE YOU FIT A 560ohm RESISTOR ON THE POSITIVE OF THE LED IF USING A SINGLE LED!), i have made up a cluster of 7 high-intensity red LED's for mine, arranged in a circle, and damn its bright. Hope that helps, and hope it just didnt confuse things...

my warning light "!" in the dash (the one that indicates handbrake up) is on, and stays on??? i have checked the handbrake switch and that is fine, does anyone know what else that warning light refers to, and if so how i can find out what it means and how to fix it??? Cheers

Same thing happened to me not long ago, try justjap over east, www justjap.com email them and you can transfer the money straight through to them, $95 from memory, and you usually get it in about 3 days, then just get a locksmith the key it the same as your other locks. :lol: yeah i think alot of the features are there to just look good :lol: hks-s14:: they are pretty accurate with distances i rekon, measures to 0.01km (i think, don't quote me on that), its all resetable whenever you want, and can record your best times etc etc now all i need is the SAFC sitting next to it, that would look sweet and mite actually make it go a bit better too....

Radium:: Do u have the G-Sensor on yours, cause i have been told that when you have the optional G-Sensor it compensates for wheel spin off the mark, so you get an even more acurate reading???

yeah there pretty good, dunno how accurate they are but they are supposed to be accurate to within 0.01 of a second but ive never been down the quarter so i dont know, the h/p reading was pretty accurate though, that was spot on to what the dyno read on my last car.
