  1. black 34 in wahroonga, wednesday morning. think i've seen you once or twice same place/time
  2. as a punt, i'd say this is a feature/limitation of the remote as i've heard from all mongoose owners that the range is quite short, max 3-5m i think?
  3. very very nice. i love that clean line. so, where did you get the projectors + shrouds!!!?!?
  4. cheers mate this'll come in handy for me, live right near this place and am looking for a respray some time
  5. someone is selling a set in the FS section, maybe check with them....ahha
  6. are they all 17 x 7.5 +30 OFFSET or are they staggered? and are you willing to separate the centre caps?
  7. ikeya is very expensive but is the real deal! mechanic has recommended KKR from otomoto....basically is cheap stuff, but he said for street duties it'll do the job fine.
  8. Yeah...red calipers? Depends on the colour of your car though, and personal taste of course. I'll be doing mine some time soon, fresh coat of satin black and that's it! Simple, slick, and looks great. As for cosmetics: change the lights to LEDs, different set of rims (if you have stockies now), bit of carbon fibre vinyl wrapping, decals etc...you can also add random parts like side skirts, body kits, what about valve caps? lots of stuff to do pick and choose =) And yeah the centre console definitely will be getting a new coat of paint from me too. I'm going with an all black interior.
  9. GTSBoy to the rescue. Sometimes i think of you as SK's spiritual successor.....or son....or something i've got sway bars on mine...er possibly 33/30mm (according to my measurements) and i 3 wheel going up my driveway. it is annoying. but when i take turns, the car is so nice and flat, it is amazing.
  10. give the commodore presence...? hahahahha
  11. for the window winding part, try to take the door apart to see if the window isn't sitting on the rail properly, you might find it's a different problem (motor failure etc) then you can buy parts and put it back in yourself.
  12. well done, i was where you were exactly 6 months ago!
  13. i was in the black gtt which drove next to /behind you for a bit - that was around 6-7pm friday night if i recall correctly? or saturday night...i think it was friday ahah. quiet weekend didn't see many skyline
  14. love reading your textual diarrhoea
  15. the first time i took out my cluster to replace the lights i ended up spending 3 hrs on it from start to finish. i took it real slow and just made sure i knew my way around the deconstructing/constructing. now it takes me 5mins to take it apart. just be gentle, if you think you're pulling on something too hard and it's bending..then you are.
  16. huh you're right! doesn't look like the lip is just stuck on though, looks fairly well attached to the bar...? hope to see you round some time. cos i also have a black gtt. ahahha
  17. genuine nissan HICAS tie rods (different to front tie rods!) are about 250$ for both. from nissan. not cheap. but if you go ling long...well...yeah
  18. faaarrrk that's bad hope you get some news soon! was it stolen from the spot it is usually parked in? was it a quiet spot?
  19. flared guards look good! things i noticed: replica Altia front bar, no wind deflectors, seemingly good (zero) panel gap in the rear, , debadged, a massive cannon! and the most interesting for me, is you have the GTR-similar fog light/reverse lights - are these LEDs? and when you drive, does the red one light up, and the reverse, only the white one light up?
  20. your starting issue could be the plugs so hopefully when you change them it fixes up. and you think getting to your sparkies is a pain, try doing it on a 34.....
  21. + your family, if your car is parked at the front of the house where the bedrooms are hahaha but i always find it amusing
  22. ended up going on sunday. have to say their garlic sauce isn't as flavoursome as EJ/Hot rocks and so, falls to third place out of the 3, but their chicken is better than EJs by far, similar to Hot rocks. Chips, prob depends on the person making them but mine weren't crunchy enough nor fresh piping hot...both hot rocks and EJs win in this respect because you always get fresh hot chips. but the garlic sauce here is way cheaper than other stores! overall pretty good. OH and their pickles are not super super salty, they were actually refreshing to put in the wrap with chicken for once!
  23. i actually have a set (4) of tanabe GF210 springs that were on my car before i swapped out the suspension. ride was very soft, and in fact the car was still at stock height (apparently???) let me know if you're interested.
  24. yes as above said, take the arms out bring them to mechanic they can press bushes out and even put them back in, will be minimal cost! otherwise just buy brand new nismo/aftermarket arms if available...but obviously that will cost more than just replacing bushes alone.
  25. looks like lip is shaved off. but really that pic is poor quality, you need to give us a better pic to see. also your rims look like SG40, google it.
