ok, compared to someone who tracks thier car a lot mine would have an easy life Thanks for the reply though. It would probably be worth saving for the BB due to the average power gains. Average power is more important to me definately due to the driving I do. The more power I can get down low the better Cheers

is there much power difference between the BB and plain? If you didn't plan on doing much track work, like maybe once or twice a year, but wanted a quickish street car would a plain be suitbale? My car for instance hasn't been on the track once while I've had it. Most of it's driving is in the below 4500rpm range with the occasional squirt up to 100 in second. Would the BB really benefit me much seeings any turbo is going to have a pretty easy life with me? Cheers, James

quick Q, was your rx7 turbo a bugger to bolt up? how much are they and hwo early do they spool up? Just interested as I've never seen that combo b4.

cash aint exactly flowing right now with insurance, morgage, car (dr drift/fuel pump etc). When is the drift day? Maybe when it gets a bit closer and if you still have them i'd be interested. cheers. I've got one ordered (through the tassie sticker thread) and as soon as I get it it'll be on my car. wow they are cheap. after selling your stock turbo you'd only be up for a few hundred dollars. the 430 would probably be ideal for the rb25det but I wonder how laggy the 480 is. for the extra $70 you';d think it'd be worth it.
