  1. nice to hear that you are alive and kickin' joe. what's it like in the barracks? we are proud of you! keep up the good work, i will keep everyone in line till you come home!
  2. forgot about her being in SA. although i did hear that you're not even supposed to have a bottle in an enclosed spot in the car (even a bbq cylinder). i think the nozzle and lines is a technicality (state depending). even if it is legal, it's up to the booking officer to do whatever he/she wants.
  3. i had a look at that as well. you are correct, that is the best 'bolt out - bolt in' compromise method that they can fabricate. ideally the gases in each pipe should be equal, it is on my to do list to suss that out. i run an SAFC2 with no dramas in fuel consumption.
  4. oh, i was just going to say that; everyone should remember growing up with them. i remember getting my first walkman, you're right it was cool.

    right, everyone is accounted for.
  6. hey there, nice rims and the nissan badge is a good touch. got any dyno graphs of before and after the port/polish? i'm running an order for a set of extractors (what you called a manifold) today. i've attached some pics. seems like you've found the thread in the GB section too.

these are able to be used on the R32, R33 & R34 with the RB20 & RB25, whether the sedan/saloon or the coupe/2 door. there may/will be slight modification required to make the catylytic convertor fit as the factory ones are quite big to the new ones you buy off the shelf. the angle of the remaining exhaust can be accounted for whilst modding the cat convertor. cheers
  8. it's very illegal to run it on the street. anything to do with nitrous isn't allowed. no nozzles, no lines, no bottle, no cabin switches, nothing - they will defect you for any of those. the popo won't give you any exceptions and no amount of mod plating will give you a get out of jail free card. one of the reasons why many people don't run it. very cool cara and i can't wait like everyone else for some drag times, but i'll advise you to either remove your number plate or be a little more discrete
  9. you don't know who daft punk is? woah, that is really random with the water tap.
  10. Joe! you're back!! where are you stationed now? big farkin yes to what?

who made the payment on the 26th of November?? (which cleared today :S) please call me and tell me what reference you put it under as I need to find out who this is before I can proceed with the order. If it's Cam or Mikey - give me a call. It's not GTR.2NV because I hadn't given him my bank account details prior to the 26th. Beau, Karl, Kane and Cris - you guys have all been accounted for
  12. ... or another man, in which case he'd be deep in shit too.
  13. you would know all about it don't you $127 a ticket
  14. they are my daft punk robots... doing their gig on december 20th oh so amped
  15. had an offer for $300 for one of my tickets... they're easily going on ebay for like $350+
  16. i'm wearing nothing underneath hey! you going too? so amped for it people have been offering me bucketloads of cash for my tickets!!
  17. weight depends on the width of course. yeah i would have loved some 32 gtr rims, the size means cheap semis too... but i cant be arsed doing a hub conversion - and the price on these lmgt4s were too good to pass up.
  18. ROFL... i'll add my little daft punk robots then
  19. 2rismo
  20. and going to be even faster too! have you seen all his goodies that he's been stashing up p.s. - what a sweet 240, would swap for a 240 or a 2 seater 260 anyday, plonk in an RB26/30DE - hellooooooooo
  21. p.s. that's going to be one tasty datto.
  22. 3L have bad harmonics in standard form apparently. the stock rods which most people use don't handle too well with anything above 6500rpm. nothing some nice forgies, knifebladed crank and basically a well balanced bottom end can't solve. however the idea is that with a 3L donk, you'll be making the required power prior to 6500-7000rpm anyway so it's not a real issue. *correct me if i'm wrong, but that's what i've encountered in my twin cam RB30 studies for the NA build
  23. rofl @ the CA18, how heavy are they? alloy block would be lighter again no? you could also get these babies... hello 7.6kg coming to a track near you
