  2. you should never cut the parcel shelf! it does provide support for the struttops and is also illegal.
  3. pretty much exactly the same experience as me. if you have a read in the turbo section, they claim the standard airbox is good for 200rwkw+

  6. post a picture of your calipers up... and we might be able to help you id them. if they are from an r33 gts25t then they would normally have a smooth surface (these are also the same for non-bremb r32 gtr) r32 gtst will have a ribbed top surface of the caliper better make sure you know what you have first before getting a vin EDIT: eh really? what an ass. when i went in: i just quoted r32 gtst type-m and half a minute later we were printing out the pages, showed him my caliper and we looked at what i needed and how many, how much and when they'd be in brisbane.
  7. while 450kw is pretty extreme... safety of a motor is always in the tune!!!

    Needing Tint…

$250 at beenleigh, will also do weekends. if you get bubbles or little bits of sand inside he'll redo the culprit window for free. and most importantly he knifeblades the film - making a really clean and smooth edging. some places i've seen them take at it with a sandpaper like material or a light grind to keep the glass and film flush. his name is Jason 0409499409. not the best pics, but here's what it looks like. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=2772568 tell him Eug in the black 33 sent you.
  13. eish - that's a steal. if enough people want a group buy - i'll shoot them an email and see if partsco are keen to run another in the new year.
  14. yip its perfectly do-able. don actually did that with his RB25/30. that said - if you guys can gather enough people for another group buy. i'll see if they're keen to do another in the new year.
  15. hope that wasnt a stab at me - no worries they'll come. just this whole x-mas shébang all thats left are us 3 in QLD, i suspect we'll receive them all on the same day.
  16. quick look on whiteline.com.au has no liberty parts. he's getting one because he'll have an excuse for losing to jason p.s - get the new liberty gt, that'd be sweet
  17. a little oil for lubrication is okay, too much then you've got problems... hope its not the latter
  18. yeah the poo brown purple color is hideous... the sticky double tape? haha... some light prepsol, and turps... finger nail and lots of rags. considering that it's been caking in the sun for at least 10 years. have fun... it took me a good 1-2 hours sitting infront of the telly cleaning that crap off.
  19. which gasket are you talking about, the cam cover? or the manifold? the cams are the only place above the headers that oil can come from, unless its getting flicked up there by the fan. does the oil look like its dripping? or splatter?
  20. spray on stuff from repco or supercheap called "nite-shades" basically a spray on tint.
  21. also unsure why there's oil there - as there shouldn't be. could it be some residual stuff from the reconditioning? maybe its dripping down from the cam cover? did those gaskets get replaced?
  22. not the cleanest pic... the car is pretty filthy with dust n watermarks.
  23. hahaha my panel beater broke mine, plastic welded it to fix it - and ended up losing it. long story short - it set him back $300 from nissan, overnight (read: 1 month) parts from ja-pan
