Tell me more about that, you can turn off the mod chip so you CAN play xbox live? I want an xbox, I definately want it chipped, but I don't want to get it chipped if I can't play live occasionally.

Not really dude, a skyline doing 140 and a barina doing 140 they both hurt. The only reason I said that a skyline would be a bad car as first choice, is because you could reach 0-100 about 90 seconds faster then a barina, ie.. coming around a corner, hey man. fully sik bro check this stuff, floors it.. loses it.. sideways into a parked car.. can't see that happening in a barina. and even if it did happen in the barina, what car would you rather repair, insurance wise.. a barina.. or a skyline... obvious, very obvious choice. and yes, its possible a young guy could drive sensibly behind the wheel.. but if its his FIRST car.. and he's a young guy, in a skyline.. just, no.. don't risk it.

and im just curious if people could send me pictures of their boot installs, with 2-12s if possible.. or link me to other threads.. sorry to hijack.

Well, the way I usually do it-with my vl, is park it about 10m or so on a flat piece of land, with the lights aiming at a flat wall, i get in the car and see where they are aiming.. ideally i want them like.. _ the left light to be upwards and little to the left, and the right to be slightly downwards and straight.. its personal preference i guess, auto electricians have a chart that they use to aim it at.. i just go by what i like.. obviously consider the drivers ont he road.. but i definately think upwards on the left, seeing on the gutter and along the gutter, and right, well along the road, doens't have to point at edges or too far ahead. good luck chris

Yeah crooser, I was looking for my brothers mad catz wheel. The keyboards on/off attributes don't really help.. Can do some mad little sideways burnouts in it, I was also liking how you can accelerate and then put the brake on.. leaving some nice skids all up the track. It'd be better if these games didn't lose the rubber from the tracks.. Three weeks later you play the game and theres still your donut patch in the middle of the track, etc...

Just wait til my brother gets an xbox for his birthday.. I've been using my mates, which is chipped anyways.. (have they made a mod chip that still lets you play online yet) Damn those risk shots eh .. haha its just too tempting sometimes.

I honestly have no idea, I crave unlimited power and wish my car could smoke up in any gear at any time and run 10's at least... However, at the end of the day I have no idea why I want my car running so quick...

i'll kick your ass in top spin:P a heap of mates get together and connect up to xbox live. they all play those tom clancy games, really annoying when they play xbox instead of drinking and tuning the women. but on the other hand it is good having 5 xboxs and 5 tvs connected through a hub playing multiplayer.

I can't play any of these games on pc anymore, not without a steering wheel ..

Yeah I used to play burnout 2 on PS2 when mine was still working.... hmm Burnout and Burnout 2 I think are very fun games, power slides, toying with oncoming traffic.. Boosting in the middle of oncoming traffic. Its all good fun.

If they were rear wheel drive I'd let them race. As long as the power figures were roughly the same.

Don't know but I played the demo on the computer and its not very easy, the digital controls make it difficult to turn in, brake, accelerate smoothly. Was good sitting there spinning sideways and almost being able to drift in some places. Hopefully its nowhere near finished though as theres a heap of dodgy graphic bits in it. And I'm really looking forward to the supertrucks. As for colin mcrae 4.. Downloaded the demo for that too, haven't played it yet though.
