Firstly the z32 there isn't a problem. Neither is the return type cooler Start off with this list 1. Check coil packs 2. Check plugs etc 3. Check for boost leaks 4. Check afm could just be rooted If he car doesn't boost until 4500rpm u got big problems which could be a bad bad boost leak or a rooted turbo

Check coilpacks / spark plugs / afm and cas and all wiring related. Then report back

While its apart throw in new pistons and rods. Everything else you can do stock as 320rwkw isnt alot of power. Chuck on a set if arp head studs and get new valve stems seals while head is off.
