  1. Hey guys, Have my old turbo and dump up for sale. Its an rb20 turbo that has been highflowed and rebuilt to hks 2510 specs. Wheels are bigger than a stock 25 turbo. Has a ball bearing core and never boosted over 1 bar. Never had it run on the dyno. Would suit a 20 but have run it both on a 20 and 25 without any problems. Comes with turbo, hks actuator, stock elbow, split dump and gasket. Located on the Gold Coast. $500 Joel. 0409706186
  2. Was driving home yesterday car been fine all day all of a sudden backfired and started to lose power I tried to pick up he revs with accelerator but nothing happened at all and now it won't start it just turns over and back fires I pulled the plugs and they are soaked in petrol any ideas?
  3. Hi guys I'm new to this forum stuff but thought it would be a great idea to join to try and answer some of my questions I have. I have a lj torana with a Nissan rb20det in it. Motor is from a 200zr z31 fair lady. Trans is a 4 speed jatco box from a r32 that is fully manulised with work done to the standard converter and shift kitted. Diff is a ford nine inch with 3.55 gears. Mods to the engine so far is 700x300x75 front mount inter cooler, rb26 injectors, autronic sm4 computer. As you can imagine I'm struggling for power at the wheels(145kw) at the moment. First question is What is the turbo on my motor, it is still standard? I want a bigger turbo but am struggling for room so I want a turbo that has the same outside dimensions but bigger internals. Is the possible, or will I have to make an adaptor to mount of my exhaust manifold. Second question is what ratio diff do z31 200zr fair lady's come out with? Is it 4.3??? I want to change my diff ratio to something lower and was thinking 4.11 or 4.3. This is a street driven car with a little highway driving! Hope someone can help, I'm desperate for more power !!!!
  4. I am looking to sell my 1992 Nissan Skyline GTS-T. I bought the car early this year after owning an MX5 and am only selling as I regret getting rid of the MX5. The car is in a very clean state, especially when comparing to other R32’s. I have receipts for it dating all the way back to 2010 and I have kept every receipt for it since I purchased it. 159,000km Manual RB20DET Coupe 2 door Rego runs out next month but I will purchase another 6 months for buyer P-plate friendly (with exemption, and I can show you how to get one) $9,000 The car has the following modifications done to it: - Power FC - RB25 Turbo with 360 degree thrust bearing - Splitfire Coilpacks - 550cc Deatschwerks Injectors - Stainless Braided Oil Water and Break Lines with Speed Flow fittings - Front mount Intercooler - HKS Turbo Timer - Auto Meter Boost Gauge - Cusco Strut Braces front and rear - AVS Model 6 wheels (17x8+35) - HSD Coilovers all round - ARP Headstuds - Cometic Headgasket - Head crack tested, resurfaced and professionally cleaned, - New Nissan genuine parts purchased while putting on the head gasket: Timing belt, all engine gaskets, ALL Heater hoses (Including top and bottom radiator hose), 100,000km Service kit, - HICAS Elimination kit installed by Option1Garage - Front and Rear Camber arms installed by Option1Garage - Castor arms Installed by Option1Garage - Mongoose Alarm/Immobiliser (Insurance friendly) - Pioneer Headunit with AUX - Nismo Thermostat and New housing As you can see quite a lot of money spent on the car. The car is currently my daily and has a very safe tune for waste-gate pressure (8psi) but all the mods are there to easily make more power safely and reliably. The downsides of the car is that the C-pillar linings are missing (were taken out to do work but one was lost and the other broken) and needs new rear window tint (bubbled up due to age), both these issues are roadworthy items and therefore will not come with a roadworthy. Also the gearbox makes a whining noise which I had checked out by a mechanic and he said it is not detrimental to the life of the box, so far it has done this for 10,000km and still works and feels good. I always only put in 98 Octane fuel, the car has dash NO bubbles, Vents aren't broken like in every other R32, Mostly garaged, A/C blows cold air Apart from those issues the car has been absolutely fine and have enjoyed driving it every bit. I am Negotiable on the price but please be sensible. it is truly one of the cleanest R32's I’ve seen and that was the only reason I purchased the vehicle in the first place and I would not even think of selling it if I didn't miss my MX5 so much. I will consider swaps for NB MX5 with cash adjustment either way depending on condition.

  6. HI Guys, Up for sale I have another RB20DET engine. It has approx. 120000klms. Has good compression 150,150,151,138,149,150 checked recently. Still in the car running for viewers to check over. Idles how its meant to!! No knocks etc At this stage it will come complete with Engine, cas, injectors, loom, ECU, coil packs, both manifolds all crossover pipes, all ancillaries, Exedy HD clutch, flywheel.
