  1. Hi All, Up for sale is a GReddy (Trust) V-SPL FMIC to suit S13/180SX SR20DET. This is the real deal MADE IN JAPAN V-SPL tube and fin kit. The ones that came out back in the day before they started to push out the cheaper cores like the LS-Spec and M-Spec bar and plate, which I believe are manufactured in Taiwan or thereabouts Here's a little extract I got from frsport regarding the M-Spec... "GReddy's M spec intercooler kit is very similar to the older RSPL/VSPL kits out in the market. This kit was made for an efficient budget setup with all required hardware and piping. Works great for vehicles pushing less than 300RWHP. At power levels greater than that, we recommend the VSPL or the RSPL kit." The kit I have is in great condition. The fins are all straight and the core is as new. No dents or damage whatsoever. The original kit came with rubber reducers and joins, but I have since replaced them all with genuine GReddy silicone reducers and joins, and they weren't cheap!!! Only reason I've taken it off the car is due to upgrading to an ARC intercooler. I'm after $500 picked up in Burwood East VIC, given that I paid $1250 back in the days. The LS-Spec and M-Spec are going for around $500+ as well, although they are polished core and a cheaper version of the V-SPL. Can post, but plus freight. Currently off the car and packed in the original box ready to be picked up or posted. The kit has been kept in great condition, and even have the original box.   2. Hey guys, I'm thinking about welding on a Greddy/Trust sump extension while the engine is out of my car. Has anyone done one and have any feedback on it? Does it make engine refit a prick? Was it difficult to get it to lined up for welding? Any feedback would be awesome. Very little info on here or the web. Cheers, Ewan.
  3. hey guys selling off my project car r33 gtr i only really just bought it but have moved onto an r35 haha.. cant afford both, especially with r35 parts being as expensive as they are. ALL PARTS LOCATED IN MACKAY NTH QLD, POSTAGE CAN BE ARRANGED I CAN ALSO POSSIBLY TRANSPORT THE SHELL TO BRISBANE OR NEAR THERE PROVIDED I HAVEN'T SOLD THE WHEELS OR ANYTHING ELSE TO MAKE IT DEMOBILISED!! Some still baked on like around the gbox tunnel Front radiator support cut out - was planning on welding a couple tabs to it then bolting it back on via the tabs Lower front chassis brace cut out and replaced with a piece of tube to give the radiator more room and be able to have the intercoler sit upside down and have its inlet and outlet very close to the intake mani and turbo for short piping. all fuel and brake lines have been removed aerocatch bonnet pins led taillights will throw in the whole car loom and all ecus that i have.. loom is cut in a few spots and one ecu is damaged.   5. Ok, let me get this out of the way first. I am well aware that the standard intercoolers on R34 GTRs flow very well and can handle in the vicinity of 370-380 awkw before they become too restrictive and an upgrade is needed. As it stands, my car is making power just shy of that and with some upgrades coming in the near future, I will be looking to upgrade my intercooler too. The car will not be a high-powered drag car (by high powered I mean a 500+ awkw monster) but it will be a super-street car I currently have two options bearing in mind cost and relative performance gains. I have heard and read everywhere that ARC cores prove the best upgrades in terms of response, flow, heat soak and pressure drop, but you pay dearly for this gain. So the options I've narrowed down to are the TRUST Spec-R HG which measures 302x710x115mm, and the HKS Type R which measures 700 x 304 x 103mm. I can get both for around $1200-1300 at the moment. Does anyone have experience with either of these and what are your thoughts on using them for power in the range of 380-410 awkw? My main concern is decreased response and pressure drop with the larger TRUST core. What should I expect? Also, with the 115mm thick TRUST core, will I need to cut away at my front bar to make it fit??

With controller. $400.00 the lot. Muffler pretty much brand new. Pick up only. Pod filters. They have drift written on them. Near new. Also has a guard. $100.00 Carbon Fibre cam cover. Brand new $50.00 R33 GTR crankshaft. Been modified for N1 pump etc. I havn't had tested but supposedly just redone by mechanic who had the car. $200.00 because I personally havn't had it tested to say what condition it is in. All the photos are attached because I couldn't seem to post photos on the thread. Everything is ONO and preference will be given to pick up buyers who can do cash. I will post at buyers expense. If you want more photos just ask. There will be more parts to come as car is pulled apart further including 50mm radiator, Tein shocks with EDFC etc. I have priced everything I think to move fast however if anything is truly over prices please let me know.   10. Hi all, I’ve owned this car for a few years now, barely drive it anymore and think it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. I had to fix a few things mechanically when I first bought it as it was starting to show its age, particularly in the steering and suspension bushes as well as some weeping front seals. I’ve ended up with a car that turns and stops properly, doesn’t leak oil and is very reliable. The car came with a pretty good record of maintenance and a few junk parts that I have since replaced. Cosmetically it’s still a little rough around the edges, the body is pretty straight with a few scratches, its had a respray at some point in the original colour and there are a couple of bits or rust starting to show under the drivers side rear window and in the spare wheel well. Interior is original with the usual standard features, clock doesn't work, bubble in the dash and B pillar trims coming away. Anyway, here’s some details and photos.
