I’m looking to get a new pair of coilovers for my r33 gtst, and I’m not sure what to get. I’m looking for the more budget friendly ones, and mainly for street use, but would be nice if they were able to do some amateur drifting/track aswell. Currently had my eyes on the Blitz ZZR’s, but also the Cusco Street Zero A’s and Tein Flex Z’s. Any recommendations? Maybe anyone got any experience with some of these? I’m currently on the Maxspeedingrods coilovers, so I don’t have a lot to compare with. Other than that, the car is properly built. The car is mainly used for fun when I feel like it, and is not my daily.

Hey guys Sold my car and have some parts that never got a chance of using and some OEM used ones, basically a garage clean out will keep adding as i find more stuff. 1) Brand New in unopened box CST Type Vettel V36 coilovers fully adjustable with 14k front and 9k rear spring rates and 16 way damper. These are made in Japan and distributed by Tanabe. $1500 ono (pic of suspension out of box from google, i havent opened my box yet) 2) Blitz Power-sus intake panel filters also BNIB $120 3) V36 Type S and SP front lip kit ( Fibreglass sides with CF middle part, see pics) $550 ONO 4) RS-S LowDown springs BNIB $400 5) OEM Used Exhaust axle back Muffler and y-pipe $100 6) OEM Used Manifold $100 (good for anyone needing to send one into z1motorsports as core unit) 7) OEM Used rear chrome bootlip $50 8) OEM Used 18" V36 Coupe wheels made by enkei in excellent condition need tires $500 9) OEM Used 18" V36 Sedan Type SP wheels also in excellent condition (front tires good, rears need replacing) $500 10) BNIB plug and play V36 cruise control kit (comes with a little wheel knob that can be used to set/cancel and increase/decrease speed see pics) $500 ONO Thats all from the top of my head, like i said if i find more stuff ill keep adding. Team, I have some Tein suspension that has always been in my car and after my question on replacing bushes I was also looking at the Cusco sway bars. Problem is I do not know my spring rate in the current coilovers. They are bound to be stiff though as it is a rough ride. Do I look to upgrade the sway bars with cusco items which are very stiff front and rear? Do I use the standard links or is there something else you recommend? Do I swap the coilovers out for some Tein Flex Z's with adjustable dampers and spring rates on those are Front 7kg Rear 6kg. If I do that how do I match the sway bars to those? This is a street car 98% of the time. Or do I go Whiteline which comes with a complete kit (links and all) and then adjust with the suspension shop to suit my current teins? Thanks again. -
Up for grabs is a R33 S2 shell with roll cage. The car took a knock on the front left corner (see photos for extent of damage). Straight otherwise. The cage (6 point) includes main hoop, double diagonal bracing (through hoop), back stays, back stays cross bar, lateral bars (front legs), dash crossbar, windscreen top cross bar, double side intrusion bars, roof reinforcement bars, windscreen pillar supports. North of $3000 when new. There is a set of BC Racing BR Type coil overs on the car. Adjustable height and damper. They’re as new, less than 1000km. Full details here http://bcracing.com.au/bc-design. Doing a bit of a clean out so have a few things sell on. KTS 6 point FIA Harness - $70 Got it from KTS when I was living in Japan (was my local tuning shop)and have used it maybe a dozen times. Good quality product, but do note that the FIA part of it ran out at the start of 2015 and its manufacture predates the FIA hologram which came into effect from 2013. Hello All, Big noob here and first post, I bought a r34 25 gtt and the front suspension is a HKS hiper-d (The ones seen below on the right) My rear suspension now is completely stuffed, and I'm looking to replace the rears with the same HKS Hiper-D. I found two posts on facebook selling similar (the same?) HKS purple coilovers. One of them is marked as a HKS drag coilover s13/180sx and looks like the middle pair seen below: and the other one is advertised as the R33 gtst suspension and looks like the one on the outside. Which one should I buy? would the s13/180sx work on my car? also, my friend said that maybe my car has the rear suspension placed on the front by accident. Is that possible? -
Hey guys Im about to place a bulk order for my R32 GTR in the states. Im kinda stuck between the Cusco Street Zero A's (8/10 spring rates) and the HKS Hipermax IV SP (7/7 Spring rates) Wheels are 18x9's with either a 255/35 or possibly a 265/35. https://www.rhdjapan.com/hks-hipermax-iv-sp-coilover-suspension-bnr32.html https://www.rhdjapan.com/cusco-street-zero-a-red-coilover-kit-bnr32.html Also when is a front camber arm needed roughly? To give an idea of the ride height im gonna have I included a couple pics below. Id perfer to stick with the Cusco fixed arm in the front vs an adjustable I see they offer 3 different sizes +5mm, OEM and -10. Im assuming for my planed ride height the OEM would be better? Hi, I have BC gold coilovers. Standard I think they are 6 and 8kg. I use it for track mainly but some street. My question is, if i turn them up to full hardness would that be equivalent to say 8 and 10kg on a soft setting ? Would a 6 and 8kg on hard be the same stiffness as a 8 and 10 on soft ? Shall i go harder for the track ? thx

For sale are these BC coilovers for an R34 gtt. Included in the sale is the lengthened adjsuters for the rear to allow you to adjust the dampers without removing the rear seats. Overall good condition, no noticeable leaks. Im happy to post anywhere in the country. Cheers Ben

I am selling my r33 gtst coupe its pretty clean and tidy but could use and good cut and polish, has a few areas where the paint isnt perfect. Its a series 1.5 so has a series 2 engine and gearbox, the engine runs very well doesnt blow smoke or anything, The gearbox feels like new and doesnt make and noises. I am selling it unregistered with no rwc but it shouldn't need much to pass a rwc, will need 2 new tyres good points tein coilovers nice 18" rims front mount with custom made stainless piping apexi safc II quality turbo back exhaust with split dump pipe and high flow cat m spec sideskirts and rear pods no rust no leaks autometer boost gauge apexi turbo timer pod filter new silicone radiator hoses just had new engine oil, spark plugs and coolant flush only 83,000kms and has had a new timing belt and water pump (genuine) bad points: boot lid needs a good buff or worst case may need a respray no rego or rwc no air con hard to find a r33 with low kms like this... (the guy I brought it off was the first aus owner and had it for 6 years) The price is not negotiable so please don't send me stupid offers.. its cheap already for an r33 in this condition with such low kms NO SWAPS location - qld 4127 contact - 0420 767 957

Guys and Girls, As topic states, I am chasing a set of used coilovers for my R32 GTR. Either Ohlins Flag-R, or NISMO R-tune, nothing else. Would prefer used, purely because of cost, but they would have to be in good condition. ie. no leaks. But if you have a new set, it cant hurt to offer. hey, For sale is a set (4) of BC/BR Coilovers coming off an r34, 2 door 25GT. Purchased in November last year making them 6 months old, still have the receipt for proof of date purchased etc. Only drive my car on weekends so the coilovers haven't had many km's put on them, with no leaks or knocks. Bought the coilovers strictly for ride height and appearance, car has never been tracked or anything. Selling due to returning my car back to stock standard, as i am looking to sell it in the near future. Asking price is $700 with reasonable offers welcome. Pictures will be uploaded soon!

I have made this thread to hopefully educate not only myself, but to educate all skyline enthusiasts in general. What i'm hoping to do is create a list of parts that are interchangeable between the different models of skylines, whether they be coupe/sedan or turbo/na and start a general discussion on what some of the available options are for us (if any at all). I know that s13/s14/s15 have an outstanding list of interchangeable modifications between the three different models and I am somewhat trusting there is some compatibility between models for our skylines. I realize this may have already been done on another thread and if so someone please link me to the specific thread. I myself have started this topic because i have a naturally aspirated 1999 R34 GT-V Sedan and was wondering what coil overs i should use, or if possible just drop in aftermarket coil overs from say from an earlier model skyline? I also have a few queries on the exhaust system on how they differ from each model and if they differ from coupe to sedan? Anyhow, any information on any parts that are interchangeable regarding skylines please discuss below! i guess starting with the suspension wouldn't hurt though haha! Any information provided will be extremely helpful not only to me but im sure lots of others too. Thanks in advance

EOI: Skyline 350GT coupe (V35) Bilstein Height and Dampening adjustable coilovers. Unsure of spring rates, springs are Bilstein (front) and Hyperco (rear) Used Good condition No leaks Currently still installed on my car, however I am ordering a new set of coilovers from japan in the next few days. (even higher spec - Aragosta or Zeal) The picture shows the ride height as it is currently, about as high as you can go. there is a lot of room to go much lower if you like that sort of thing. $800 or near offer. I will update once they are off the car. -
had a quick browse and didn't see this one covered before just wondering if anyone can clear up weather of not a set of coil overs from a 25rs stagea will fit an autech stagea ?? as far as i know autech's are fitted with straight GTR components on their suspension??, but just no sure if the same goes for the 25 rs's. cheers. -

R32 RB26 head Guys this head has only been on a car for 2 tunes and about 10 laps at winton. I kept having issues with the RB30 bottom end. It was just rebuild and is sitting at the engine machinists now. Specs 1mm Oversized valves on IN and EX tommie cam cap bolts Brass valve guides HKS stage 2 cams 272/10.2 Welded on Rear oil return Tomie valve springs Ported Decked Hot tanked Adjustable cam gears ARP exhaust studs Head and bottom end made 330rwkw on 12psi last tune with very little timing. Not sure on price as this thing has costs $1,000's to build. So im open to offers on it RB34 Stroker crank Bought from spool imports, regrettable sale as i just need the cash atm. BRAND NEW still in box $2000 PAR RB30 Conrods Used for about the same time as the head was. In great condition $500 Garret GT3540 turbo Has rear housing coated in Jet Hot coatings 2000 series ceramic heat coating to ensure lower under bonnet temps In good nic have kept oiled while out of the car. Needs external waste gate. $1200 Greddy Coilovers Type-S R32 Gts-t coilovers with std springs and a spare set of 10KG front springs. in good condition used for about 20 laps at winton. No signs of leaking and no damage at all Comes with the electronic damper control system $1100 Nismo Twin plate Clutch assembly and 2 brand new plates for it. I have not had time to put the 2 together But the clutch will be near new once done. New plates cost $500 to get from japan $1000 Lenso D1-R rims 18inch rim, 10 inch wide, -1 offset PAIR in silver, Rubber on them is no good. $400 I am open to all reasonable offers on these items. They are all located in woodend victoria. However i can bring them to hawthorn on a weekend for pickup. -
