Hey guys, thinking about buying this car- https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-view-details.html?adId=1161205104 I need your thoughts on it, I have been surfing this forum and most of the v35 threads are 7 years old. So looking at the 2003 Nissan Skyline v35 do you think it is worth buying this vehicle. If so why? I need to know what is the petrol tank capacity, what octane fuel to put in and how long will the car last with urban driving on a single tank. Also I need to know if the car is expensive too maintain seeing that it is 14 years old. What i mean by this is that is it expensive to service, fix broken parts etc etc. I also need to know if it is worth selling my 2010 Subaru Impreza RS Hatch 5sp manual to buy this car?!?!?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Or drive as is , just roadworthy and rego, nothing wrong with the vehicle, if youre handy or have spare time and can sand/bog fix the hail damage then you will really only need to do the roof and purchase the 2nd bonnet, easy. $6950 will pass RWC & ready to register, its unregistered now, wont last long, need the space and have finished my long term project so have no use for a sedan. Nissan skyline v35 overheating? Hey guys, one day I was driving my Nissan skyline v35 2004 model, when suddenly my car started overheating, I pulled over and went to see what was wrong with it because the temperature gauge was on hot, I opened up my hood and saw that the car was leaking coolent from the radiator. I thought that was the problem so I decided to buy a new radiator, installed it and it was still overheating but a lot less than before. I was also told that it could have been my thermostat, so I decided to order a new thermostat and install it and it was still overheating. I also bought a new temperature sensor and installed that aswell, I went for a test drive and the temperature was staying on normal for abit but eventually the temperature gauge started rising to hot, it stops at a certain point and then it drops and starts rising again to high. I don't think it's a blown head gasket as my car has no symptoms of a blown head gasket besides overheating, the engine light is also still on. Does anyone know what the problem could be, if you guys could let me know I'd appreciate it
