Selling my spare set of track rims as I have picked up another set in 18's. Rims and semis were purchased brand new a couple of months ago and have only been used for 3 days. Rims: Varrstoen TE37 replicas in 17x9 +12 all round ($1095 + shipping) They have been professionally powdercoated by Craved Coatings in bistro orange ($400) Semi-slick tyres: Nitto NT01 in 255/40/17 all round ($1200) Used for 3 track days with approximately 70% left - plenty of meat left Price: $1250 for the rims, $650 for the tyres, or $1750 for the lot Location: Sydney (North) Photos:

hey guys, doing some major upgrades to my mates r34 gtr so selling off all thats left and a few of my parts i have collected over the years.. ive taken pictures of most of the items but if you want pictures of the other stuff just ask me. GTR Trust Drag intercooler 600x300x150mm, VGC, part of the end tanks chopped off for the different orientation i was planning while running it upside down - $1900 Full Set r34 gtr standard brakes with slotted front and rear rotors, rotors have been painted a bit to keep most the rust off, pads are a bit old and could do with a new set - $1600 AME TM-02 wheels, 18x10 +15 x4 on 1200km old achillies 123s semi slicks 265x35x18 - all very good condition no gutter rash, pretty much new still only one or two marks, can fit 380mm rotors behind them as per pictures, backs sit in a bit on the guards because of the camber - $2150 Genuine Te37's, 19x10.5 +12 x4 on brand new maybe 2km old (still have the tyre dicks on them) federal evo 595 275x30x19 - $4250 Surge tank setup, its to suit an r34 and mounts in the boot on the passenger side corner, has all lines needed for the install including the two not pictured that run to the fuel rail and from the regulator back to the surge tank, it can be modified very easily to suit any other model ie skyline or silvia.. consists of two bosch 044's and two magnafuel regs all speedflow fittings and lines - $1050 Peterson 4 stage dry sump pump, one damaged jic fitting as per picture and machined shaft for a hex drive (not sure why old owner did this must be an american thing) - $350 R34 gtr Power fc - tuned for a t04z on 6boost manifold, z32 airlfow meters, standard intake manifold and 800cc sard injectors made 330ish awkw, pretty sure there is a hand controller in there somewhere as well - $600 6boost 2jz manifold, twinscroll t4 flange.. can fit a gt45 frame turbo under the bonnet.. brand new - $1000 r34 gtr standard intercooler, very good condition - $350 tomei type rj fuel reg, very good condition - $150 2 x Z32 airflow meters and apexi pod filters, very good condition - $450 Nitto rb26 clear timing cover - $75 R33 gtst brake calipers, as new pads.. great condition - $350 rochester 14mm 1200cc injectors x 4, never been used only fitted - $400 R33 gtr passenger seat - $200 buddy club fixed back seat, has rail to suit s13/4/5. black with grey inserts for a normal sized person, has a small tear in the fabric other than that its as new - $450 sr20vet mazworx lhd or RHD without brake booster intake manifold, no fuel rail as new condition just needs a throttle cable bracket welded on - $500 will also be selling the following shortly r34 gtr front bar, very good condition silver r34 gtr front lip, very good condition silver r34 gtr standard side skirts and nismo style carbon addons r34 gtr front driveshaft - going with os88 box so no longer need it all parts are located in mackay, north qld.. postage can be arranged for any of it. thats it for now.. please contact me (spencer) on 0413347774 or via pm

Tyre exploded (Nitto Invo) So I'm not the most experienced guy with this shit but I'd like someone to give some advice and help clear some things up for me. Less than 12 months ago I purchased a set of 4 Nitto Invo tyres. Up until now they were great. So today I was driving up the pacific motorway until a motorcycle passed indicating for me to pull over. As soon as I got out I could smell one of the tyres. Rear left had popped on the inner edge of the tyre. There is slightly more ware in that area because there's obviously a slight camber on the rear wheels. So since I have had these wheels I have not misused them at all. Not even one burnout or anything. Ended up getting towed to a safer place to put my spare on which unfortunately is a cheese wheel... Drove all the way to the tyre place where I got them last year and basically to be told it's my fault because something called "scalloping" which wouldn't come under warranty. Which kind of pissed me off because that's less than a year on a tyre that costs $200. Prior to these I had michillen tyres on the same suspension and everything and they lasted me for more than two years. Like I said, I'm not the most experienced person with this but surely I would've thought the wheel should've had a longer life span out of it otherwise I wouldn't have paid that much for a tyre. If anyone is able to clear this up and give me a little insight I'd appreciate it.

RB Stroker Kit Reliability & Quality I've been searching for hours, and I probably still missed some good info, but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. So I have a new bare N1 block. I want to do a 2.8 kit for my BNR32. I don't want to get into an RB26 Stroker vs RD28 or RB30 argument here, lol, I have my reasons for going the route I am, and would rather focus on the info I am after. I mainly want to hear from people who have ran any stroker kit such as Nitto, Spool, JUN, Tomei, HKS, Etc (with mileage & power numbers if possible) their experiences in terms of driveability, power delivery (obviously dependent on turbos as well), and most importantly, reliability over time. I've been leaning towards Nitto, because I want to keep as long as a connecting rod as possible (I think the Spool 2.8 kit also has the factory length rod as well vs a shorter rod like the Tomei kit for example), for things such as increased dwell, decreased piston speed and side loading. I've read that Nitto (and Spool) outsource some of the parts (the crank itself I believe) to China, which isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but it does leave me a little hesitant. With that said, I know the majority of "Japanese Brands" also outsource their manufacturing (primarily to Taiwan in my experience). It all really comes down to quality control, which is why I'd like to hear from owners of said stroker kits and engine builders who've installed various brands on their experiences.

Selling a set of LENSO D1R 18 inch 5 x114.3 wheels and tyres. They are Matt Black in colour with red lip. Comes with Nitto Invo tyres all round with plenty of tread left on all four tyres. ( photos included ) Specs are- Front: 18 x 8 (37 offset) 235 x 40 nitto invos Rear: 18 x 9 (32 offset) 255 x 35 nitto invos As can be seen in photos, 2 of the wheels have some gutter rash. The other 2 have none whatsoever. I have been quoted $270 to repair and repaint both wheels by Alloy Action in Brisbane, but have chosen not to as the car these were on is now sold and these will not fit on my new car. I also have a spare LENSO D1R rim which is 18x9 which has a few scuffs which I can include in the sale. I am located in North Brisbane and would prefer local pickup due to the size and weight of the wheels. I may be willing to send interstate but buyer will need to arrange freight.
