  1. Hey guys, So I was cleaning my R34 GTR the other day and thought I'd do a check on all the lights and discovered that the rear registration light had one blown bulb. I think they're stock halogen ones and I've never bothered to check them as I rarely drive this at night. So replacing them is a must but this begs the question should I leave them stockish halogen yellow or upgrade to LED bright white? I front lights are LED globes so are relatively brighter white (not a fan of HIDs) so rear LEDs would suit but I've seen a few cars with them on and it looks like a midnight disco ball which attracts a lot of attention and looks a bit flashy then again the stock lights on cars like the Mercs have LEDs on the rear but they look nice and more tame. What do you guys think and what have you done on yours? Photos would be great. Cheers, Alex
  2. okay, thanks in advance but do you know those R34 "GTR" cluster dashes with the silver plates? "search V spec 1 stock GTR R34 cluster" is it possible for me to glue the silver plate looking thing onto my R34 stock S1 cluster? if so, where can i buy those plates, does anyone have access to the exact measurement to those? because i do have access to a laser cutter. i want to do this to cover to make the car look good, not to make a GTR replica, i just wanted to do something with the ugly cluster (is a manual but has automatic symbols) thanks.
  3. So on the line in the nissan vin plate defining colours, there's a 3 digit colout code, then a G for interior colour, then a blank spot (usually). I've heard of some skylines having 200 or 203 in that blank spot, does anyone know what that is? I've seen it across various generations and models.
  4. Alright i hope i dont get flamed for my first post being in the FS section but im kinda getting desperate. I have had this white 34 bumper in my storage locker for the last 3 months and to be honest im sick of carting it around. im asking for 60 bucks for the rear bumper and the bashplate. the bumper is in fair condition but it has been sitting for a while and does have a fair amount fo dust and a few marks on it but i believe its a decent price for what it is and structually its sound. excuse the state of the garage atm as well… im in the proccess of some repairs to my flatmates cars… i dont want any low ballers and any time wasters. these items are in point cook, melbourne vic i can be reached on 0431717396 or [email protected] and items are pick up only. thanks.
  5. P-Plater friendly 34 manual coupe for sale Cliffs; Year: 1999 Dec Colour: Black (GV1) Body: Coupe Engine: RB25DE NEO Transmission: 5spd Manual ODO: 117,xxx Location: Melb, SE suburbs Registration: Until April 2015 (nearly a full year) Major Service: Completed with genuine Nissan items (timing belt, water pump, etc) @ ~100,xxx Minor Service: Every ~5000km Replaced: - 6x New OEM Nissan Coilpacks @ ~90,xxx [end of 2012?] - Fuel Pump [2012] - HID bulbs (retains OEM Xenon HID set up) [end of last year] - Battery [last year] Wheels: 17" SSR Type C (fronts wrapped in KU31 225s, rears are Dunlops 235s) "Mods": - BC BR Coilovers* (8/6kg spring rates) - Tints - Sound System* (Pioneer HU, JL Sub, Alpine Amp) - LED parker lights Extras: - Stock suspension Negatives: - Underneath the front bar there are scratches, that were there from when I first got it from Japan; and then those added due to it being pretty low, haha - Left hand side has a few scratches (don't know if you can even see them in pics, but I'll try to take some close ups of them if needed / you can see them in person) that have been there since Japan also. - Wheels also came with some gutter rash, some wheels worse than others, see pics. Etc: So as you can see, have kept it fairly standard. In excellent condition, besides what is mentioned above. This was my trusty daily for about three years plus; and I was the first owner of the car in Australia (have import papers and what not). Great first car for a p-plater. Only problems I've ever had are standard R34 problems, such as the coilpacks; which, as noted above, were replaced with OEM items . Happy to get a RWC for the right price; tbh the only thing I could see it failing on is possibly something silly like windscreen wipers / possibly tyres but I think they're OK. * Could be neg on price with/without these. Price: $13, 650; negotiable. Note: I am NOT interested in swaps or trades. Pics: These were some pics taken last year, but can always message you other pics if required. - - - Contact: PM me on here or shoot me a message (oh-four-2-5-eight-seven-five-6-8-two). If you want to call best if you could text me first.

  7. ATS Carbon Triple Plate Clutch to suit RB Hi Guys, I have an ATS carbon triple plate out of my BNR34 for sale. Will suit RB25/ RB26/ RB30. Funnily enough I thought it was a twin and wasn't going to handle the new setup but turns out it is indeed a triple and is rated to 1200hp. Unfortunately I had already bought a new clutch before opening it so I guess my loss is your gain. It is a push type clutch and I was using it with a push/pull converter but I am keeping that for my new clutch. Push/pull converters are around 300-500 new if you need one. I measured the discs at 3.7mm thick. They are 3.9mm thick new which means this thing is almost new and considering they are 4.5k or so new its a great price. Clutch is located in Rouse Hill, NSW and given how heavy the thing is pickup is much preferred over post but will post at buyers expense. Price 3100 ONO Any questions just message me or sms/call 0403858714. Thanks, Brett
  8. Which oil sandwich plate to get for an rb20det? Can someone link me to a sandwich plate for a oil temp sensor which is 1/8 npt, thanks anyone sorry for noob question
  9. Hi everyone. Been searching a fair bit and cannot find them advertised anywhere, but in some of the installs of a greddy, Pavel made an adapter plate to make the standard r34 aacv fit the r33 slot. I have messaged Pavel, but he hasn't been online for a while now. Is there anyone who can make one as it would probably be a lot less stuffing around than sourcing and modifying an r33 unit? I would have thought the adapter plate would have been a common selling item with most people wanting to tidy up their bay with a cheap freddy. Cheers.
