Dear All, My name is Bruce and I am a newbie. 🙂 I recently bought a 2001 Nissan Skyline 300 GT V35 with a non working Speedometer - the only instrument dial which isn't working on it's instrument panel. Could it be a speed sensor connected to the wheel ?, - and if so, does anyone have an image they could upload for me and/or a diagram of where would it be located and does anyone know a wrecker or supplier from whom I can order one ? Also if there are any other forums specialising in Nissan Skyline GTs and Maximas , I would value being informed about them. Many Thanks in advance for any assistance forthcoming. Very Best Wishes,

Hi, I was just wondering what other options there are for a r33 gtst cluster. I was looking to get something that has a higher top speed max rather than just the standard 180kph. Please post what you know or possibly links to shop for aftermarket ones

Hi, i have an issue. When i turn on the lights before starting the car, all dashlights are working properly. As soon as I start it up and drive the lights behind the speedometer begin to flicker and turn off completely. Sometimes they come back on randomly. I also searched for a dimmer but aparently I can't find one in there. Have anyone had such an issue before or can anyone help? I would like to prevent stripping out the interior :D Thanks in advance :)

i was wondering if theres any way to change the lighting inside my 2003 skyline, im not really into the orange lighting everywhere e.g. stereo, speedo, clock etc. id like to go for a whitish blue colour, kind of like in tron legacy colour scheme haha cheers

Hey guys, just installed an impul 300k dash cluster in place of the stock one. First thing i found that the plugs don't match with the impul cluster so i had to move a few of the pins in order for it to operate properly. Now the problem i'm having is that the speedo will read double and then sometimes will revert to reading normal..? Can anyone shed some light on this issue. Also i'm not getting full time power steering as i had before?? -
nismo 320 km speedometer to suit a31 cefiro? Hi all, would like to find out how or what nismo 320 km speedometer would work in a31 cefiro or if could just get full gauge cluster? Thanks

BNR32 Speedo showing exaggerated speed Having an issue where my Speedo is showing that I'm going a lot faster than I'm actually going. For example if I'm doing around 70km/h it will read that I'm doing about 170km/h or sometimes it will read completely off the clock. This issue has been around for a while now where it was initially happening maybe 60% of the time and it is now occurring around 98% of the time. I've been having to rely on my PowerFC hand controller ever since.... Checked the Speedo cable at both ends and they appear to be fine and since it is clearly spinning still I'm wondering if there was something up with the actual dash cluster? I'm looking to replace it with another dash cluster for a test but could this issue relate more with the cable itself? Thanks!

hello! i see a lot of people on here have done the upgrade of the OEM speedo to one that hits 320km. is this a straightforward swap, like 1:1, or is there something else that needs to be done to ensure that it works properly. i have the speedo, and the 3-din that match (nismo white face) but wanted to get some input before i actually start this. some questions: can i remove the current equipment and just plug in the upgrades and be done with is? is there a way to bench-test the speedo and 3-din module? the speedo seems to have a 2-pin plug on the back of the driver's side the 3-din has IGN and GRN marked can i just hook those up to a 12v power supply? my fear is frying these things. Is there a way to set the mileage on the odometer to match my current count? the current one is at about 148k and the new one is at about 28k thanks in advance!
