So I’m currently running a RB box conversion on my SR S15, never had any problems with it untill I changed my clutch over to a new one, previous owner had customised a longer slave cylinder pin for what ever reason that may be..
changed to pin back to a regular one when I replaced the clutch which actually made my slave max out and blow the seal and in that process made the clutch fork spin off and out of position.
Removed box replaced clutch fork, carrier, throwout bearing and also a new slave cylinder with the original “LONGER PIN” with all new Genuine Nissan parts “exactly the same” and also decided to put my old clutch back in thinking the one I purchased could’ve been wrong..
positioned everything corectly when I re-assembled it all, fixed the issue!!
But now my issue is my clutch pedal won’t press fully to the floor.. tried bleeding it numerous times but when ever the pressure would build up it wouldn’t allow me to push it fully to the floor..
sorry for the long paragraph but does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this ?
Clutch does engage but only just !
