1993 R32 GTR for sale $9500 112k km, 3 inch cat back 650cc injectors FMIC PODS Filters button clutch recently put in. deep dish steering wheel nismo dash 300km Gauges have been replaced with defi copies in middle gauge cluster Gauges on A Piller. Oil temp / boost Oil Filter Relocation Oil Cooler 4wd torque splitter controller S15 Wheels, 2 with good rubber, 2 meh Rego till Mid October in NSW Plates included in sale I bought this car a couple of months ago with a "blown head gasket" for more than im selling it for. Turned out that there is some minor scoring inside the bore on cylinder 4 and 5. I currently have it in bits so that any perspective buyer can assess it themselves. It will require it to be bored out a bit i think about 0.5mm. so will suit someone who is keen to build an engine in a R32 GTR. I already have another R32 GTR which just broke at wakefield so my loss is your gain. Id rather be honest about its issue than put it back together and pretend it doesn't have it. Included in the sale is brand NEW ARP head studs $400 Full rb26 GENUINE nissan complete engine gasket kit including head gasket $450 N1 Steel Wheel Turbo kit. $300 Car is located 3 hrs west of sydney. BUT to the right buyer i may be able to arrange delivery at a small cost but will need a deposit (i have my own car trailer). I am not after swaps. i need the money to fix upgrade my other GTR. as i said my loss is your gain. I was planning to build it as a track car myself. Lowballers expect to be ingnored, i know what its worth fixed up and it is a good deal. I am not desperate to sell, if i dont get the price i want ill borrow some money, fix it up then sell for profit. but sounds like alot of effort.

The time has come to depart with my track-day toy and for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. I've owned it since 2017 and have used it regularly at PI, Sandown and the occasional Winton events. I'm no longer getting to use it as much as I want to - therefore it needs to go & be enjoyed by the next person. The car is log booked as a sports sedan and all events entered have been documented. The car was originally registered in NSW (I can give you the history of the car to serious buyers). The vin and chassis number are still ok to be used on the street if ever required. Was last tuned by Racepace in Bayswater VIC with a very safe 14 PSI tune on 98 - see dyno sheet in the images. It's capable of producing plenty more power if that's what you are chasing. A long list of what's included: HKS cams 256/264 HKS exh cam gear (VCT remains on the inlet) HKS timing belt N1 water pump Low temp thermostat Plazmaman Plenum 550cc injectors Walbro in tank pump Nismo fuel pressure reg GTR intercooler Custom stainless steel intercooler piping Turbosmart BOV 10 row oil cooler with remote filter Z32 airflow meter Apexi Power FC computer Apexi AVCR Boost controller Stainless steel high mount manifold GT3071R turbo with 0.64 rear hsg ( also has a spare 0.86 ceramic coated rear hsg) Tial 38mm wastegate 3” exh with no cat ( comes with a cat to bolt in if required) Custom 10 ltr sump Splitfire coil packs Rear head drain Ross racing balancer with reduction on W/P and P/S (A/C removed) 5 puck brass button clutch Nismo short shift gear stick Nismo gear knob R33 GTR Brakes, RDA rotors, Hawk / Ferodo pads Patrol master cylinder Braided lines In cabin mounted bias adjuster RPM removable steering wheel Stack dash with shift light 1.5 way mech LSD Alloy bushed rear sub frame with alloy spacers for roll centre adjustment and sub frame pitch adjustment Complete interior strip out and paint 6 point weld in cage with cross in main hoop and rear legs (Cams certified) OMP WRC drivers seat Sparco Passenger seat OMP passenger foot rest Drivers harness Selby sway bars front and rear Various Whiteline bushes throughout the car Completely stripped out wiring and interior and race prepped BC Gold coilovers GKtech front & rear camber arms, caster arms & rear toe arms FIA spec. padding on cage around drivers position The wheels are Advan’s 17 x 8 front and 17 x 9 rear and they currently have AR1's (50%) on them. During my time owning the car I've always kept it in top running condition, with frequent maintenance & always did the regular fluid flush's between events. I also have all of the stock suspension parts and various parts/spares, boot lid & OEM spoiler, dissembled RB25 short block & overhauled head. Front bar is not in great condition, but also have two spares which I haven't had the opportunity to modify to look nice & make fit. I also have a car trailer (VIC registered) which I use to tow the car around - it has 3mtr ramps and electric brakes with light commercial tyres - all minimal wear. Can sell as a package if interested. A complete package for getting into some serious fun at track days & not have to worry about destroying your daily! Not willing to part-out and I'm not in any rush to sell, so low-ballers will not get a response. The car is based in Moorabbin, VIC. Looking for offers above $25K (excluding trailer). Contact me via DM here and I'll get in touch with any more info.

Lets talk Open Wheelers/Lightweight NA track cars. Is anyone here playing with open wheelers for track day fun? I like the idea of something lighter, NA and hopefully less maintenance/tuning/cooling hassle/cheaper on tyres and brakes than my turbo S13 track car. Or are these things prohibitively expensive to buy/maintain? Failing that, what other small/lightweight track cars have potential to go quick? I see MX5s are popular but I also see people sink bulk coin into them before they're quick.

S14-15 vs Evo 7-9 Track Car Let the shit talk begin. As a club level dedicated track car, which would you choose and why? Evo is well regarded as one of the best track platforms around, but Silvia's can hold their own as well. For arguments sake, limit the budget to 40k purchase/build price as this is Club level events we're talking (sprints, enduro's etc, not door to door racing). Silvia is lighter, less complexity in terms of drivetrain and electronics, cheaper most likely, and easier to work on at home maybe? Evo comes factory with TS turbo, has proven AWD platform, stronger motor and gearbox (5spd).

New to forum this is my intro Hi all I'm new here but not at all new to cars particularly not nissans and datsuns. I curently own a 1992 r32 skyline with a series 2 rb25det engine and gearbox. I've been building the car for a mixture of street sprints and drift for the past 2 years. All modifications have been done by myself with the help of a few mates and a lot of patience from the mrs (luckily she into cars). I'm a fully qualified auto electrician with a background around racing since I was young. Previous vehicles (nissans) include. Datsun 180b (street car) Datsun 180b (track car) Datsun Stanza (track car) Datsun 1200 ute (street car) S13 Silvia Q's (street car) R32 Skyline Gtst (street car) R32 Skyline Gtst (track car, same car as above but now to heavily modified for the street) This is the car I have now. Anyway that's it for now. I might start a build thread if I get time between work and garage time. Thanks for reading Brock.

Hey guys, Have recently had problems with excessive blow by at the track. I have an at performance catch can with 2.3l capacity and fill it up after 5 or so laps. Have been told this is normal for Rb's but seems pretty excessive. I have seen peoples setups to drain from the head back to the sump but a healthy motor shouldn't need that? Im only running 250hp with a standard high flowed turbo. Thinking i need a rebuild but want to here peoples thoughts. Do freshly rebuilt rb25det's still push oil out at the track? TIA

At a cross roads with the S13, I've done up a parts list for what I need/want to take the car to the next level and there's easily 15-20k in parts and labour for a built motor, box and diff swap to handle it, and brakes to slow it all down + misc bits. Then there's the time required to do all of those things as I always do the bits I can myself. For that money I could buy another S14/S15 track car with the vast majority of that already done (motor/box/diff at least), but with the risk of it not being done properly or being a time bomb - I have made the call to stick with S chassis/Nissan as I like the fun/challenge of RWD and it's a platform I know and can support. 33 or 34 could also be an option. The end goal would be VTAC/WTAC in Clubsprint + various other sprint type events, and maybe some enduros, and to be in the upper end of the field where possible. Time attack series means the cars must retain brand of engine/cylinder count from original chassis. How the hell do people make a call on how far to take the current platform vs knowing when to get into something else?
