No theres isnt much work in it, but if you land a decent job your looking at $140k+ a year. But thats more movie side 3d work.

some people just cant get there head around 3d modelling, and i dont think its boring, but depends what you like.

Im a 3d guy,.

I'm planning on starting to model my R33 this weekend.

All work done in 3D Studio Max, some stuff textures / etc in photoshop.

I used to do soome 3D design for work using AutoCAD 3D, Catia and Solid Works but now we sub-contract it out as no 1 in the office can be stuffed spending time doing it.

I have a mate that works for Boving using Catia thats involved in some very nice projects for them.

that looks awsome, im spewing i have sought of stopped it, i get really frustrated after hours of selecting vertexes.

but you get some good stuff out of it if you put inthe effort and time more then anything.
