Hi All

I know there are only a few of us who have a neo engine....but our numbers are growing. :)

Just like to know if you HAVE upgraded injectors what you have upgraded to ?

I am currently looking at Nismo 480cc, but feel they MAY not flow enough for the turbo im after.

Dont wanna give away too much on the specs but hoping to reach between 290kw - 310kw at the wheels with the new turbo.

From my research I have found that Nismo do not make any 550 or 740cc for the NEO engine.

Only other option I was going to take was SARD 555cc but they need collar kits or the HKS ones which require a HKS fuel rail to be purchased at the same time.

OK just saw the other post on neo injectors....I swear it wasnt there when I did a search......

anyways can one of the mods delete this post...thanks.

the only direct replacement injector for the R34 RB25DET NEO engine I'm aware of is the Nismo 480cc.

Other options are to go with an aftermarket fuel rail which will allow you to use 14mm injectors. Most jap aftermarket injectors are made by Denso. A full range of HKS injectors become accessible with the HKS fuel rail kit. But of course that is not a cheap or quick fit solution :P

That's all there is. As you probably know R33 RB25DET injectors wont directly swap into a R34, so it's very limiting what is available if you want direct replacement. 480cc should be enough for up to 260rwkw... you could run higher fuel pressure but ultimately if you want bigger power you need to address the fuel delivery system and go with an aftermarket fuel rail on the R34 RB25DET NEO.

What about GTR injectors? Im going through the same process as you and looking at options for injector upgrades on my NEO. Would the GTR injectors be good option for the 250rwkw range? They can be bought for around $350 here in NZ, MUCH cheaper than the big name brands. They flow 440cc, anyone know what the max rwkw of this size injector is?
