Performance Shops In Tokyo Or Hong Kong

I no this may be a stupid question to some or the wrong place to post in but my brother is going to Tokyo and Hong Kong for a little over a month and has about 2 weeks of spare time up his sleeve there. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea of and performance shops or were i may be able to find a listing of performance shops within these areas. Any help will be greatly appreciated
