$70,000 for a 8 year old car vs $65000 for a new car.

seen a couple of new BF Typhoons down at calder last night, slow as running high 14s.

There was a stock GTR with a catback there (r32) running 12.6 at a lowish 104 mph.

they are different cars, made by different manufacturers for different reasons, and different purposes....

Id like to see a GTR comfortably tow a caravan and a car full of parents, kids and a dog to broken hill....

on the otherhand id like to see a falcon decked on racing rims, widebody kit, big cooler, carbon bonnet, weight reduction, belting around a circuit in japan keeping up with highly modded S6 RX7s.....

compare a falcon to a holden, a gtr to a sti something along the same lines atleast.....

i expressed my reasons for buying a Falcon and they pretty much have nothing to do with track, circuit or awd power..........
