How Many Kw?

hey

i have a VL calais with a RB20DET in it and done a bit to it now and wondering what sort of power you think il make.

heres what ive done

-Stainless high mount manifold

-Garret GT30 with 0.63 exhaust housing

-Tial 38mm external gate

-3" stainless mandel bent turbo back exhaust with sreamer pipe

-modified plenem (throttle body relocated to front facing radiator)

-large front mount

-Eboost2

-Microtech LT12s computer

-Bosch 044 external pump

-walbro internal pump

-surge tank

-fuel pressure reg

-injectors

-xtreme clutch (r32 5speed)

-4.11 diff gears

-catch can

-oil cooler

-twin thermos (removed mechanical fan)

what sort of power you think this will achieve? how much will stock internals handle. Motor is in very good condition.

I'm guessing somewhere around 220 rwkw. The gt30 on the rb20 will probably be really unresponsive. Full boost at 4500+rpm?

mid 200's maybe, could be less, depends on the turbo spec, GT30 is too broad of a statement.

There will be a lot of waiting for boost, and poor fuel economy

Well considering you have Already done injectors n turbo, this means it must have been on a dyno to get tuned, hence you should have a power figure already? unless your a blow ass?

forgive my ignorance, but how can u say that?

this could all be installed over the next few weeks, doesnt mean the car has seen a dyno at all

big turbos give better fuel economy for everyday driving

SIF you can use an RB20 for off boost daily driving.

They are worse off-boost than my sh|tbox daily

cant remember exact numbers of the turbo. it rated at 600hp. got it from Horsepowerinabox
