Gtst. Buying a non-turbo and paying a couple thousand to convert it is all money that could be used to tidy up a Gtst.

Resale would also be better.

Just get the car you are looking ar buying checked out prior to buying it to make sure its mechanically healthy and you shouldn't have to many dramas.

Non turbo's miss out on a lot of extra stuff the turbo's get, such as better brakes, better (5 stud) wheel and tyre package, LSD, usually higher equipment spec inside, etc. By the time you bring the car up to GTS-T, it will probably be a lot more than a turboe'd GTS.
