Lag Problems Rb20/hks 2530

18 derees base timing now. plug aps were 1.1mm, sspark was beingg blown out at high load. now down to 0.8mm, Apexi plugs too lol.

20.5 degress getting a retune now that Ive fixed the boost leak

got it back from the retune monday it's now making 230rwkw on 1.3bar with 17 degrees timing

1400r, is that 17degree's at peak torque or 17 degree's at peak power?

mine goes in thrus for a tune.

sorry yep 17 base timing.

Seems lag issue for me was related to my el cheapo cooler pipe work not sealing properly.

were's all those "you wont get over 150rwkw on a stock ecu" guys now u nobs!

got 236rwkw @ 1.2 out of my car today.

tho i have to gap plugs down from 1.0 to .7-.8 for anything more,there starting to blow out..

noticed a bit of a restriction in the power curve,so also will be removing the cat and fitting new filters/service. then goin to go back and wind it up somemore.
