Agree to that! <_<

Yeah felt like I was skipping across the road around some corners! Wasn't bad on the way there, but on the way back......f@#k me! ;)

Same here. Got stiff suspension and 17's with low profiles...was fun...was wondering how my bro was doing in his black 32 ahead of me on his 16's with normal tyres lol...he got the tail out a few times at high speeds which was a little :( (being the one behind him tends to make you a little edgy :)). There was one part. spot on the way back that made the car skip...thank God Skylines have decent handling :P

very nice shots there Erin! I especially like the ones of my 34 ;)

Can the guy who was taking pics as we left the Victor High School carpark email me or post the one he got of me? Thanks.

Very enjoyable sedate drive through the hills today - loved it! Got heaps of wicked photos as well I'll post when I get a sec to shrink em and de numberplate them (I was the one taking photos on the side of the road as you left the school.

Me too, Perfect spot for photos.

Fantastic turn out Guys n Girlies was great to see so many Lines and so many more than the last few times! Top work HR n Madaz!

The road back from Normanville(the back way) was sweet for the exception of 2 cars holding up everyone........and the somewhat lack of overtaking room! Especially over the Myponga Dock!!!

Next one should be a ripper!

ah sweet, thanks Andrew - I couldn't remember who it was taking photos there. I hope you got a pic with my HIDs on :) .... very clean GTR you have there by the way!

Yep, absolutely awesome day and glad to hear everybody behaved and kept out of trouble. It's funny, but you NEVER hear of a ns.com or other cruise where at least one person doesn't get a speeding fine, defect or have an accident. Not really bagging them, but rather pointing out it's good that we can be a mature group and keep it legal/safe.

Thanks for the awesome route home Darren (and bringing my secondary bonnet latch) - the Myponga dam crossing was a huge highlight - I never know that road existed!

Good organisation etc HR32 and Madaz .... maps would have been better - would have saved many getting lost (sometimes more than once). Ah well, live and learn. A trial cruise is always a very good idea too.

So is everyone keen for another cruise down that direction, and we'll toss in go-karting, paintballing or jet-skiing? (We'll put it up to a vote). I am thinking Sun March 19th at this stage (a week before the Clipsal 500).

Thanks to the organisers for organising such successful event.

It was extremely nice to meet up with so many familiar faces and so many familiar beautiful cars. If I omitted anyone please forgive me as I was at a friend's bday party last night and did not get home early enough or in any healthy state :). It was also the first chance for me to take the r32 for a long trip ever since owning it 3 months ago. It has been a painfully long 10 weeks waiting for PPG parts.

I've never seen so my lines before either and very nice to meet some new faces and beautiful cars. Thanks for everyone sensible behaviours and for holding the undercover cops at the back. I had great fun at the front from Victor to Yank. Wish I had my new tyres and wheel alignment before today. It would have been more fun ;) Jake, I've never seen any faster white exa in my life before. You kept up with me very well :(

Once again thanks to the organisers and a special thanks to Martin Donnon for the awewome tune in my car atm.

Martin retuned the car with Power FC D-jetro and gained better midrange, earlier boost, sharper, crispy throttle response, 44 extra rwkw with same amount of boost (11.6 % gain compare to the old Power FC), and 50km per tank better milage even in such driving condition today. I usually only get around 250km per tank. Best of all knock is still about the same as before. The antilag works very well. I hope I did not cause any bushfire today

Power FC D jetro + M Donnon + skylines ==> ROCK.

If you think that was bad then imagine this. I had to take my Velour seat cushion off today as the seat could not be drop any lower until I modify the rail. Someone did not fit the rail properly. So I sat on a hard surface for 300km of driving today. My ass is still numb atm thanks to Yankalilla road

    • Behrman is great quality stuff. My 34 has some serious clouding as well but I’m too nervous to try and replace the glass myself so I haven’t bought them yet.
    • This might be true if you live in NZ but I can't see how this could be true for us locals here.  I've found the customer support for Haltech to be absolutely amazing. I've turned up to Haltech and spent entire days with their tech support guys, they've even helped me with wiring dramas that had nothing to do with their products.  They have the best customer support of any company I've dealt with, I can't imagine how my experiences with them could possibly be any better.
    • If you want to do a single throttle body conversion easily, you won't need to pull anything apart. Take the linkage from your throttle off the linkage controlling the ITBs. Now open the ITBs wide open, and lock the linkages in said position. Now add a single throttle body onto the front of your inlet plenum. No it's not ideal for the last nth of a kw, but it'll be a lot better than what you're already trying to do...   PS, ITBs can be so damn hard to tune from, because roughly 20% movement in a throttle body equates to a change in roughly 80% of its flow (Hence power). When you add up the flow limitations of those small throttle bodys, it is a LOT higher than that of a single large throttle. Hence, TPS is very very sensitive with them, and you do a LOT of work with sensor fusion, and some Maths behind the scenes to make those blends nice, and be smooth.
    • Yep, when Haltech purchased Adaptronic, and all of the Adaptronic staff, including Andy went with it, it took Haltech to the next level. Haltech wanted Adaptronic as they wanted things like Andy's fuel models, and some other IP, AND they wanted Andy too as he is brilliant! Andy has spoken about the incompatibilities between the old 1500 stuff vs Nexxus, and it totally makes sense. It's not JUST software that is different, there is huge changes in the underlying hardware too. It's why Haltech has had soooo many changes in the last couple of years, in terms of Hardware, and Software, and why it has become so damn Amazing. Why do you think guys like Rob Dahm with his quad rotor, went from running Adaptronic's to running Haltechs? Andy. Pretty much, Haltech these days, is Adaptronic, but with more funds behind it, and more staff, and hence Andy's visions, and visions of other people that he helps shape their great visions, into amazing new products. All the new Nexxus gear, whole new software for it, new and better dashboards, the apps that will run on headunits and NOT be slow to respond! I understand people being burnt in the past, but if you're ragging on a company, about products and issues from many years ago, it's more a reflection on yourself, not looking or keeping up with new stuff. In which case, those people should be going back to PowerFC and Nistunes as the ECU's to rave on about...
