hey mate, i would like to know this before i buy... is there any cutting required of the standard type m front bar on an r32 gtst and do i have to chop any of the fan blades or cut a hole in my chasis like the just jap cooler kits??? cheers mate

you will need to chop the f**k out of the stock type-m r32 bar (i had to, and it needs tidying up atm). basically i found i had to cut a heap out of the centre hole including the vertical support bit, and completely cut out both the side holes in the bar.

i didnt have to chop the fan blades on mine. i just made sure the exhaust piping was pushed up against the cam cover and away from the radiator blades. you will need to cut a hole through the side part of the engine bay just below the battery compartment though.

the gts kit is very generic though, as it is made for r32/r33/r34. i found the support on one of the pipes was useless for my rb20det (the one that is sposed to bolt onto the engine block).

pm for pics if you want
