Hi guys decided to sell my engine clutch power FC and turbos out of my R32 GTR

all these parts are used and only 10K kms old

the engine is a R33 Spec motor with forgies etc

just about to finish it's break in period

specs are

R33 GTR Vspec block with

ACL forged piston

shot pened and nitroed conrods

R33 GTR N1 crank balanced and strenghened

bored and honed block

Rebuilt N1 Turbos 6000kms since rebuilt

ported and polisehd head

After market valves

Adjustable camgears

lightened flywheel

brass valve guides

the cars got more but i cant remember

engines only got 6000km's since rebuild

Rebuild carried by C & B automotive in sevenhills

Turbos are R32 N1 turbos and rebuilt by gcg turbos...

Clutch is a Os giken Triple plate unit.

with heaps of meat left.

power FC has been tuned. to make 305KWatw with 16psi. this was all done with stock fuel system.

    • I definitely agree with you there - I never click on content for cars I would never ever be able to get or compete with/against/be seen next to. Seeing a MX5 compete with a FD RX7 will make people upset though, for sure. Even in 2.5L Turbo form which is pretty grass roots. (or at least as grass roots as classic cars can be) Yes we're all classic car owners now.
    • Wonder what the cause is, but here's hoping it's nothing too serious.
    • People don't always want builds that are overly expensive, or have engineering/registration/insurance issues and head aches that come with them Whilst big dollar builds, and complicated stuff is interesting to watch, there is only a tiny % of people who would actually use this information, or have the spare finances to drop on said builds, whereas the buy a cheap(ish) cool car, and make it better, with a average budget, that the average Joe or Jane could achieve will always be a winner in my opinion 
    • Bit of a thread revival, you mentioned wanting a bit more top end before, do you regret not going with the 1.01?
    • It's kind of interesting - They definitely do builds that split the difference between what they like and what will generate views and engagement. The NC Platform always surprises everyone in a good way, in an uncomfortably good way some may say. They could throw a LS in there and arguably have the best (and best performing) car of the entire stable. But that isn't necessarily what draws views, because people viewing don't want to accept the vegetables of a LS NC MX5 being a superior vehicle in every way (including fun) than a RB26 240Z. This is also why there's not a lot of content about the GR Yaris (on the web in general). They're too good, yet 'only a Yaris' The community doesn't want certain cars to be as good as they are - to beat their hero cars, and I believe the NC MX5 is absolutely one of those cars.
