apparently, for drifting, you enter the corner at high speed, turn into it, brake for a bit of arseend slidage, the 4wd turns off cos the wheels past 90 degree. when u approach the corner exit, straighten the wheel up and boot it. wheels straight so the 4wd kicks in and pull u outta the slide.

sounds all good in theory but i like keepin the back end in line with the front. dont wanna dint the car!
